Wonderful Cooking Experience
This is one of the best activities we’ve experienced in our many years of traveling. Alain was so enthusiastic, entertaining and made everyone feel comfortable. He obviously loves his job and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. Very patient and at the end of the class we ate an incredibly delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Authentic Cooking Experience
Skip the large pasta making/cooking classes in the city and join Cristina for this wonderful experience. This was one of the most authentic activities we have participated in during our trip. Cristina takes you to the “locals” market instead of the larger one for tourists. She takes great care to choose produce in season while also considering the guests’ preferences. Her home is beautiful and cozy in the countryside. She is a wonderful host and very knowledgable.

A must do when in Florence
Chef Clive provided a delightful experience that we will forever cherish. My husband and I attended this Pasta and tiramisu making class with friends. The entire experience — from preparing individual tiramisu and learning to make two kinds of fresh pasta while enjoying Chef Clive’s lively and informative instruction, to sitting down in a charmingly authentic Florence restaurant and enjoying unlimited wine while feasting on our creations — will happily live forever among our favorite memories. Thank you Chef Clive, and your wonderful staff!

Tons of Fun Making Pasta!
We had a free morning/afternoon while in town and decided to try out this pasta-making class. When you arrive at the restaurant it seems like a bit of a madhouse given the number of participants queuing but groups are quickly split up into smaller and more manageable size for the actual class. Our chef was Antonio and he was both knowledgeable and also hilarious. Antonio managed to usher us through the intricacies of pasta-making while ensuring everyone had fun. The class moves at a good pace and by the end of the class you will find yourself understanding how to make pasta through hands-on experience. FInally at the tail end of the class the food all gets cooked and you have a great lunch - plus the wine never stops flowing! This really is a fun time so if you find yourself in Florence with three free hours consider this as a great option.

The “Cradle of the Renaissance” is also the birthplace of one of Italy’s most beloved cuisines, so why not learn how to prepare classic dishes in a city kitchen or Tuscan farm at a Florence cooking class? Roll up your sleeves and prepare fresh pasta, authentic pizza, creamy gelato, and other crowd-pleasers. Opt for one-on-one private instruction or meet other aspiring cooks with a small-group class; you can even shop at a Florentine market like a local. Celebrate your new kitchen skills with a final tasting or meal—often served with a glass of local wine for an authentic Tuscan experience.
