Reduced tickets for ages 7 to 17 must be reserved independently on the day of the visit, at their own pace, subject to museum availability after age validation. Please note that if there is no availability, children’s tickets cannot be purchased.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Accademia Gallery. Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.

The agency delivers, you'll get your tickets and will get inside the gallery, There is a bit of chaos around everything though, not directly created by the agency but they definitely get engulfed in the disorder to enter the gallery. You can pretty much dismiss their request to be 15 minutes before your entry time, when you get there you might be asked to return 5 mins prior to your entry time or you might get tickets for whatever turn is queuing at that moment.
There are many people wishing to see David. Recommend that you go with the guided tour option as you are helped through the entry process and receive wonderful and insightful information on Michelangelo and of course David. Our tour was fun due our guide Galya who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Michelangelo and David.
The tour time that we had prebooked was rescheduled to a later timeslot in the day. This notification came through approximatley an hour before our scheduled timeslot. Not that big of a deal if we had actually Skipped the Line and gone right inside the museum. We skipped the big line to line and were placed in que in a shorter line with an approx 40 min wait. So it was better than waiting the whole line I suppose that cut the wait in half? skip the line was somewhat misleading.
Our guide was very good, knowledgeable & professional. She gave a very nice tour once we were inside. The museum is small and easy to navigate and definitley should not be missed.

The experience was great, we were running a bit behind schedule as the gallery was at capacity so we entered at 11:20 instead of 10:45. However once inside we had plenty of time to enjoy the exhibitions. Had we purchased the tickets directly with the gallery I think we likely would have had to wait longer. Antonio was a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide.
The museum itself is great and the lines were crazy so it was worth it to do the skip the line. We did go in the afternoon when it was very crowded so for planning purposes note that we still had a little bit of a wait.
So easy to book, tickets easily accessible.
Enjoyed walking around at our own Pace, taking our time and stopping to take it all in.
So easy we’ve booked several more.

The statue of David is there. Nothing more really to say about it - it’s what you go there to see and it’s amazing.
Poor experience and don’t try. They don’t bother to contact you . Regret after signing on to this .poor

We booked the 2.45 skip the line entry and we still had to wait 45 minutes in a long queue ! It appeared that the regular queue moved way faster and it was only 20 euros! Very disappointed that we paid double and had to wait so long for our entry.

Your booking was for a reserved timed entrance; however, all visitors are still subject to the museum’s entrance and security procedures. During periods of exceptionally high visitor traffic, the museum may experience significant delays, including for reserved groups. Unfortunately, these queues are managed entirely by the museum and are outside our control.
The regular and reserved entrances are managed separately, so at certain moments one queue may temporarily move faster than another. The €20 general admission option also does not provide the same reserved entry conditions as your booking.
We are sorry that the museum congestion affected your experience and caused such a long delay.

Self guided is helpful but can be challenging following the sequence of the audio guide should provide more information on using your own phone and headsets- if you even had either one with you. Was not clear to know you would be downloading their App and using your own headset.
Traveler tours refused to give us the tickets we purchased. Appears as though they oversold tickets or did not have enough. We were refused tickets. Viator has still not refunded us. Would buy through the website or another provider.
Great tour with Martina. Very knowledgeable . Highly recommend this tour . It’s quick but you learn what you need to know.
perfect for a last minute booking that allows you to skip the long queues. you might be able to book tickets direct from the venue for less but this option is ideal if you want more flexibility with your trip
The tour we purchased required us to download an app on our own device and it was not easy to follow the guide. A physical guide would probably have been more worth the cost. For what we paid to skip the line and with the self guided audio, it was way too much. The tickets for the galleria are only 20 euro. We paid more than double that to “skip the line” which didn’t seem actually necessary, and for an app guide which wasn’t user friendly and not great as far as the overall information.
I’d skip this offer and book directly though the galleria and get their audio tour through them
I could have skipped this but my wife really wanted to see David IRL. There is so much else to see and do. If you love history and art - it is a must do, but if you would prefer to sip wine and shop, you can skip it.
We booked the skip the line experience. We were in Florence for a day and we didn’t have a booking. This was only slightly more expensive than official site. They get us in the museum relatively fast
The museum itself was beautiful & interesting. Finding the address of the meeting point was confusing, not knowing the color coding address system, this would have been helpful. Prior to entering, Traveler Tours assistants were disorganized and unclear as to where to go and how to obtain tickets. More than one company were gathered in the area, this was confusing. The use of flags or signs indicating the company name would have been helpful. At one point we lost our guide heading to the museum entrance, here again a flag carried by the guide would have been useful. I want to clear, Viator was excellent, Travel Tours is the problem here.

You really don’t skip the line as it states, you still wait a good bit. There is also no communication where to meet them prior so it will take you a second to get oriented. We were stuck with this as a last resort due to tickets getting cancelled - unless that is your case - I would avoid it.
