This was an excellent tour. The guide gave us enough background information for us to totally enjoy seeing the David and the prisoners.. It is extremely crowded in the academy and she kept us together and professionally explained the history of Michelangelo in relation to the time period and the history of Florence. It is important to have this information to understand the challenge he faced.

This tour was a good introduction to the Uffizi. It started and ended at the scheduled time, and the meeting point was easy to find. Our guide Matteo was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us insight into how the political, cultural and economic conditions of Florence influenced artistic development from the pre-renaissance period up to the renaissance. He also explained the evolution of artistic development during this period.

Great experience, highly recommend early tour if possible since it does get crowded. Florence Elite Tours staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks to them and the museum staff entry was quick and easy. Our guide was thorough and very knowledgeable. The way she intentionally stopped at certain works to build a story arc of art history leading up to David gave us a lot of insight that we would have missed if just visiting alone. Great self audio tour

it was wonderful because it was suggested to us that we go in at 5 o'clock less crowded got lucky cause where we got our tickets. There was an office right next-door and they were able to get us in earlier and it was wonderful. I'm definitely should have an audio you use your own headsets and you've download QR code. It's much better than trying to do it yourself or even have a tour you can go with your own pace.

Our visit to the Galleria dell’Accademia to see David was an absolute highlight of our time in Florence. The host was incredibly easy to find right from the start, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They were very friendly, welcoming, and organized, immediately putting us at ease. One of the best parts was being able to skip the long lines outside. It saved us a significant amount of time and allowed us to focus on enjoying the museum rather than waiting. Once inside, seeing David in person was truly breathtaking and exceeded all expectations. Overall, this was a seamless, well-organized experience that made visiting one of Florence’s most iconic masterpieces even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Museum of Illusions in Florence. It’s a highly interactive experience, which made it especially enjoyable for the whole family. The kids absolutely loved it—being able to touch, explore, and fully interact with the illusions made it much more engaging than a typical museum. There were plenty of fun photo opportunities and mind-bending exhibits to keep everyone entertained. A really enjoyable visit and a perfect activity if you’re travelling with children. Definitely worth a stop!

Take a free ticket at the ground floor to get a TIMED access to the Royal Apartments. This should have been made clear when we took this combo tour with Boboli Gardens TIMED entry. It was fortunate that we were still able to get a 5pm entry to the Royal Apartments so we were able to visit it. We enjoyed the Gardens even if there were no flowers. Brunelleschi's Dome and Cathedral Complex Reserved Ticket (3-Day Pass) The electronic ticket scanning process was quick and easy, and the guides at each gate were friendly and helpful. We unfortunately missed our appointed time to climb the dome, but the staff kindly informed us that we could return and wait in line at any time to make the climb, which was a nice surprise. The 3-day pass is a simple, affordable, and flexible way to experience all the highlights of the Cathedral Complex at your own pace. Amazing view!

We loved the experience of being high up in the dome, both inside and out. The climb is long and steep, so not for all. We stood up inside on the second stop of the climb for almost thirty minutes. I’m sure this was because it is a one way up and down and they have to allow for the people at the very top a way down, plus a limit on how many people can be up there at one time. It was a long time to stand so high up with not a lot of space and the guard wouldn’t allow us to talk to each other. Also, our tour guide talked for 10-15 minutes about the doors of the Baptistry but we didn’t get any information on the exterior of the duomo and what or who any of it was. We all agreed we would have liked a few minutes on that. With all that said, we all really enjoyed the tour and our guide.
