It was an amazing experience! Our captain took us through the harbor and showed us cool homes and yachts, then took us out into the bay for the sunset. We saw Dolphins and she even played my wife and I's special song. It was a great time! Highly recommended!

The Best!!

Izzy and Spencer were incredible!! I went with my 3 kids and they made sure to make us feel comfortable and happy the whole time! They helped my girls learn how to paddle board and helped us get the best food from trusted vendors on crab island! They truly made this experience the BEST! This was our first time visiting Crab Island, and it could not have been more perfect. Everything was exactly as described, with absolutely no hidden fees or surprises. From the very start, Amber made sure we knew exactly where to go and what to expect, which completely took the stress out of our day. Our captain, Captain Harry, was fantastic! He kept us safe, entertained, and made sure we had a blast out on the beautiful water. Pro-tip for anyone booking: Make sure you book with this team and don’t get scammed by other companies that might not be licensed and insured. This company is the real deal. We had a wonderfully fun time and will definitely be back!

I’ve been to Destin a few times, but never to Crab Island. I’m so glad we chose Tailfins Tikis , our Captain Mike was the best!! He played a mix of music to satisfy everyone onboard (jamming) and we parked in the perfect spot. I would book them over and over!!!

Dolphin cruise boat captain amazing

The cruise and the people on the boat were amazing. Parking lot company:The parking ticket I got was not. I paid $11.69 to park and they took it out of my account. I got a $55.00 plus $10.00 handling fee ticket. I didn’t get a receipt because it was a QR code. The parking lot company was rude on the phone and you have to dispute charges. Big hassle ruined my trip to Destin. Find free parking and walk to the dolphin cruise.

Captain Roger and first mate Dom were awesome! The booking process was easy, the check-in was simple, the fun was plentiful! The boat ride out had fun music playing and we stopped a few times to watch the dolphins around the boat. The entire time at crab island was a blast, the boat had plenty of nets, balls, and floats! We blew up some tubes of our own to take with us, but we didn’t need them!! Roger and Dom even interacted in the water with us, they helped catch crabs, point out a jelly fish, and even catch a pufferfish. When we wanted food from the vendors they radioed them over for us! Our group of 12 highly recommended using Sandy Bottom Tours!!

Crab Island Fun

This was the coolest pontoon to crab island! The floats were great and the kids had a blast on the paddle board and playing frisbee, basketball, football, and darts. Our captain, Randy was very attentive and helped us radio the food boats over for food and drinks. We highly recommend this experience.

Traveled solo but had a...

Traveled solo but had a great experience getting paired with a great group. Great time visiting new people and playing various games in the water. Ticket indicated that I couldn't bring my own alcohol, but that wasnt actually the case, it fact it was encouraged. Due to stormy weather, the company had to cancel my first trip after we had already gone to the island, but comped me for the following day. I was very pleased with that.

Be ready to see dolphins & go to the island with a swingset in the water! the best experience ive ever had! The guides were very informative & the coolest people! Bring a waterproof bag for phones, etc. you gone get wet lol!
