Fun and basic cooking class.

We did the pizza and tiramisu cooking class. It was organized and we were able to make individual pizzas and tiramisu. Both turned out tasty. The chef helping us was fun, kind and patient. Would definitely try and repeat the recipes at home. Good class if you don't have too much time to allocate as it is basic and a shorter duration.

Wonderful experience with very kind and skilled instructor Guilia

Wonderful experience making mosaics with Giulia. I came with my SIL who only speaks Hungarian and my two adult sons, one of whom is autistic and noticeably different. I mention this only because Giulia gave him extra instruction and encouragement without this being shared with her. I used Google translate to translate Giulia’s instructions into Hungarian for my SIL so she could follow along. The consensus from the group was that everyone had a wonderful time and learned something as well. My SIL said this activity was her favorite of all we did in Rome. Studio Cassio also let me add my SIL and other son the day before even though the workshop was technically full (could not purchase more tickets). We are all happy to have our personalized souvenirs from Rome!

This was truly one of the most special experiences of our trip to Italy. Getting to visit a winery that has been family-run for 12 generations made it feel so much more meaningful and personal. The breathtaking views, beautiful grounds, incredibly welcoming staff, and delicious wine and food pairings made the entire experience unforgettable. Our driver, Stefano, made the journey just as memorable. He was wonderful and shared so many fun facts about Rome, the countryside, and the area as we made our way to the winery in Frascati. His knowledge and personality added so much to the experience I know this is one of those places I’ll look back on and remember for years to come. I truly hope I get the chance to return someday. 🍷🇮🇹❤️

This was a great experience! Carlo was patient with and encouraging to everybody as he helped us prepare the dishes for the evening. He gave us alot of helpful hints and explanations about why and/or how to do things in food preparation to get the best results. He made the class fun and the food turned out delicious. Definately a great way to spend your evening!

This is by far the best cooking class I’ve ever taken! The food was incredible, the class itself was so much fun. We had a family of 5 in the class and all of us had an amazing time. We want to come back and take the pizza making class! It’s a great value; 3 hours of fun with huge portions of pasta and all the wine you want plus they provide you with recipes and local recommendations after the class is over. The instructors were not only excellent chefs, but they were entertainers and made you feel so at home and involved in the process. This is a must do experience if you’re in Rome! 100/10!

The cooking class was such a fun experience!! From start to finish the class was engaging! We got to make homemade pizza and put it in the pizza oven ourselves (SO COOL)! A Fantastic Family Experience with Chef Anna!

We had an amazing time at the pizza and gelato making class with Chef Anna in Rome. From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel welcome and created a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The pizza making was hands-on and easy to follow, with Anna sharing lots of helpful tips along the way. It was great to make our own authentic Italian pizzas from scratch, and they tasted incredible. The gelato making was just as enjoyable. Learning how traditional Italian gelato is made was fascinating, and of course, tasting the finished product was a real highlight! We did this experience with our children, and they absolutely loved getting involved. Anna was patient, engaging, and made sure everyone, regardless of age or ability, had a great time. If you’re looking for an authentic, interactive experience in Rome that’s suitable for families, couples, or anyone who loves Italian food, we would highly recommend this class. We really enjoyed this...

We really enjoyed this class, and our 8 and 6 year olds loved being able to make their own pastas. Our teacher was very engaging and the time flew by! We learned a lot. Our only negative feedback would be that the name says you'll make gelato but we only learned how to make pasta. We got to eat some freshly-made gelato at the end of class, but my spouse and I were most looking forward to learning how to make it, not just eat it.

Unforgettable dining experience.

This was an intimate experience with only 6 guests the night we went. The experience delivered on every expectation, and Lisa was a wonderful host. We were served four wine-paired courses of traditional Roman food, well prepared and nicely presented. The venue was in the excavated remains of a Roman bath underneath a local restaurant, and the space was charming. We had our adult children with us, but this would be an unforgettable date-night experience in Rome.
