So cute so fun!

Our lead chef was Carlotta I believe. (She compared it to Charolette in US). She was so great! So warm and welcoming, engaging, friendly, patient! I could go on and on! I was solo but that really doesn’t matter you are making your own pasta. Which turned out delicious! The ravioli was served with butter and Saige. (my favorite) and you had your choice of 3 sauces for the fettuccine. The tiramisu was good too, don’t be scared to dunk the cookies I was conservative on mine and they remained a little dry. Still delicious though. I did a 7pm class with 14 people. I planned it like that so that was my dinner. We were all done with everything including eating by 9:30 maybe even a little earlier. So you can still head out and do things after if you’d like.

This was truly one of the most special experiences of our trip to Italy. Getting to visit a winery that has been family-run for 12 generations made it feel so much more meaningful and personal. The breathtaking views, beautiful grounds, incredibly welcoming staff, and delicious wine and food pairings made the entire experience unforgettable. Our driver, Stefano, made the journey just as memorable. He was wonderful and shared so many fun facts about Rome, the countryside, and the area as we made our way to the winery in Frascati. His knowledge and personality added so much to the experience I know this is one of those places I’ll look back on and remember for years to come. I truly hope I get the chance to return someday. 🍷🇮🇹❤️

This is by far the best cooking class I’ve ever taken! The food was incredible, the class itself was so much fun. We had a family of 5 in the class and all of us had an amazing time. We want to come back and take the pizza making class! It’s a great value; 3 hours of fun with huge portions of pasta and all the wine you want plus they provide you with recipes and local recommendations after the class is over. The instructors were not only excellent chefs, but they were entertainers and made you feel so at home and involved in the process. This is a must do experience if you’re in Rome! 100/10!

Fun Mosaic Workshop

Went with my partner to a mosaic workshop for a more unique and crafty experience on our trip to Rome and thought it was amazing! Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and showed their expertise as they walked through the Roman methods for making mosaics. They were also so helpful at guiding us when we were lost or unsure on how to make the design work. Really pleased with the outcome and highly recommend it as part of any trip to Rome.

A Fantastic Family Experience with Chef Anna!

We had an amazing time at the pizza and gelato making class with Chef Anna in Rome. From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel welcome and created a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The pizza making was hands-on and easy to follow, with Anna sharing lots of helpful tips along the way. It was great to make our own authentic Italian pizzas from scratch, and they tasted incredible. The gelato making was just as enjoyable. Learning how traditional Italian gelato is made was fascinating, and of course, tasting the finished product was a real highlight! We did this experience with our children, and they absolutely loved getting involved. Anna was patient, engaging, and made sure everyone, regardless of age or ability, had a great time. If you’re looking for an authentic, interactive experience in Rome that’s suitable for families, couples, or anyone who loves Italian food, we would highly recommend this class. Unforgettable dining experience.

This was an intimate experience with only 6 guests the night we went. The experience delivered on every expectation, and Lisa was a wonderful host. We were served four wine-paired courses of traditional Roman food, well prepared and nicely presented. The venue was in the excavated remains of a Roman bath underneath a local restaurant, and the space was charming. We had our adult children with us, but this would be an unforgettable date-night experience in Rome.
