This was the absolute best class!
Thank you to the most amazing teachers, Asia and Stefano! Even with our class size of 12 it felt really personalized, we all had a lot of laughs and fun and everyone ended up with really good pasta.
The recipes were really easy, the drinks were indeed bottomless and we had the best time. I would recommend this to anyone!

This was the best experience of our trip! Chiara and Elisa were fantastic. We were a little skeptical to start just because there were many families with small children but they were so well behaved and made it inclusive of everyone. The children were a joy! We are so excited to get home and share what we learned!

We were ten minutes late to the meeting point. This was a 4:15 class and we arrived at 4:25. Since we knew that we would be late, we attempted to call . We tried both the tour agency and Viator and were unable to reach a person. We asked a waiter at a restaurant in the square and he told us that the people had left and that he did not know where they went. We stayed at the meeting point for 30 minutes hoping that someone would come back to find us. Unfortunately, nobody came to look for us.

Our cooking classes in Rome are carefully timed to ensure the group has enough time with the chef to prepare, cook, and enjoy the meal together. Because these classes often move from the meeting point to a private kitchen or local market, it can be difficult for the group to wait or for staff to return to the square once the session has begun.
We sincerely regret that you were unable to connect with us via phone or through Viator at that moment. We aim to provide clear support for our guests, and we will look into our communication channels to ensure we are as accessible as possible for time-sensitive situations like this.

The pizza making experience was great for our family which included a 13yr old. We all really enjoyed it. Our guide Jamila was excellent! Funny and relaxed, really warm and friendly! I would definitely recommend! Easy to find the pick up and all ran on time. There were 7 of us in the class which made it feel special.
I would like to give the experience 5 stars and I do recommend to book however, the experience information on the Viator site did not match what we received. This didn't dampen our experience, but the correct info needs to be displayed for the pizza making class. (We made tiramisu which was meant to be Gelato making, We specifically booked this tour as it WASN'T tiramisu!)

We had the best, most delicious experience with our chef, Gianmaria! We learned how to make a flavorful pasta Puttanesca, and a simple ravioli with a sage butter sauce, along with gelato for dessert. The Prosecco and wine were flowing, and we devoured everything we made.
This is a must do when you’re in Rome!

It was an amazing time. The two chefs were very accommodating and very funny. The wine and beer was plentiful. The food that we created was amazing. At the end the have us a QR code that enabled us to access their cookbook.

Fun experience. Chefs were super fun and everyone got to prepare their pasta and help with the sauce.
It was also nice to share a meal with “strangers” who you’ve been cooking and drinking with for two hours around a table.

Bad organization. No local contact provided. We were in traffic and few minutes late. They left without us and no refunds. We could have headed to the site directly had they provided a contact.

I’m very sorry to hear that you missed your cooking class and I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have felt, especially when you were only a few minutes late. Our guide did wait an extra five minutes for you before having to start the tour.
We do ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time so staff can assist with any difficulties ahead of departure. For security reasons, guides’ personal contact details aren’t shared and once the class begins, they turn off their phones to focus on delivering the experience without disruption. As a result, it isn’t possible to join once the experience is underway, as this would interrupt the group and impact the overall experience.
That said, we do want our guests to enjoy the experience they’ve booked and we understand that delays can happen. Because of this, we offer a rescheduling service whenever possible so guests still have the opportunity to enjoy the full experience.
Our records indicate that Viator did contact us following the missed tour to check what options were available for you and our Guest Experience team offered a transfer to another date.
Regarding contact information, our booking confirmations do include a contact number for Walks Tours. As your booking was made through Viator, we recommend reaching out to them directly to understand why this information may not have been shared with you.

My husband and I were made a few minutes late by a taxi driver who dropped us off at the wrong destination and made us walk to the original meeting point. The group was home and the operators nor Viator were willing to accommodate us and lets us transfer our tickets to another time or day. They basically just told us we were out of luck. Not giving us a refund is one thing but not allowing us to rebook the experience for another date and time due to circumstances is unacceptable. Terrible experience.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Chef Luca is phenomenal. We enjoyed every minute of learning to make authentic fettuccine and ravioli. We had a wonderful group from many different parts of the world to share this opportunity with. I would highly recommend this company! We were sad we were not able to sta long enough to add more options with them like the walking food tour and pizza making class.
