It is a very thorough and...
It is a very thorough and informative tour conducted by a knowledgeable and personally engaging guide—altogether highly recommended! This visit has prompted me to read further about a site I explored twice before (decades ago!) but not with the depth or detail offered today.

Was the best tour!
This was such a great tour and our tour guide Fe was the best ever! She delivered the information with such was and personality. We were with our family and 11 year old and he just loved her and she was great with all the kids. This was my third tour and Fe was hands down the star guide!

Amazing Art!!
I’m not going to lie this was my first experience with Viatour. I was nervous. This was a good tour without a guide. You still have to wait because of all the people. Be ready to be next to people. It is crowded!! If you don’t like crowds don’t go to the Vatican. But the Sistine chapel was amazing. They don’t let you take pictures inside. Overall good tour.

Vatican in 3 hours
Allessandro looked after us very well and was aware that was not quite mobile. So while there are steps to negotiate he directed us away to lifts while our companions trudged up the stairs and thus we didn’t hold anyone up. He impacted lots of information about the building, the Roman empire and more recent and we came away feeling we really knew far more now. Of course whether it sticks in the memory banks will be the test! We enjoyed the experience and gained far more than if we had just visited and‘winged it’

No stranger to tourists, the city and its top attractions fill up fast. Even early on a Monday morning, you won’t be the only one climbing the stairs at the Colosseum, touring the Vatican Museums, or admiring ancient frescoes at Castel Sant’Angelo. If you don’t want to spend hours waiting in a ticket line that wraps around the block, book Rome tickets and passes in advance. You’ll get to skip the queues and make the most of your limited time in the Eternal City.
