Cooking class experience
A very fun and educational italian cooking experience. We learned a lot and felt inspired to buy our own pasta‑making machine so we can keep experimenting with the recipes at home. Everything is well organized, the instructor is friendly and highly skilled. And the results are veeeery delicious!

Family Fun
Great fun for teens and adults, younger kids would be dependent on their interest. The teaching chef did a great job of setting us all up for success, and boy was this a successful experience. Good food, Good wine, Good company (not just the family)

Perfect for Solo Travelers
This was such a fun and unique experience! The class gave me a great appreciation for the time, skill, and patience that goes into creating mosaic art. It was definitely challenging, but that’s what made it so rewarding. Giulia and Alex were both incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the class. As a solo traveler, I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something creative to do. It’s also a great way to ease the anxiety that can sometimes come with traveling alone. I was pretty happy with my first mosaic, and I already know I’ll be booking this class again the next time I’m in Rome!

Learn to make the most delicious food! A small adventure to a hidden gem run by wonderful people.
This was a wonderful experience! Yes Viator has the incorrect point marked on the map. However the school tells you this in all its communication. You can take the metro to Laurentina, which is what we did. David was our driver and was there as expected and we had wonderful conversations on our way to and from the school. Now, onto the class! We can’t say enough about this fantastic experience!! We had Chef Michele and he was informative and entertaining. We learned about how to make pasta dough then we made two types of pasta: cavatelli and fettuccine. The pastas were made with a red sauce for the cavatelli and simple “alfredo” sauce for the fettuccine… no cream as we are used to in the USA. Both were amazing. Making of the pizza was another highlight and the favorite for my younger children. It was delicious! Easily the most delicious pizza we had during our tour of Italy. They provide wines, from a local winery, and plenty of cold water included with the class. You will not leave hungry or thirsty! Such an amazing experience with wonderful people who love what they do. We hope you are up for a bit of an adventure and visit this beautiful hidden gem.
