Thin crust Pizza
Our family had lots of fun at the pizza class. We were promised a small group and there were just ten of us. The leader was excellent. (Sorry that I forget her name.) There was lots of laughing and sharing. At the end we got to choose toppings for our pizza and got to enjoy them with wine or other drinks

So much fun-Do it!
What a wonderful experience. It was my first time doing a cooking class and the other 3 in my group talked me into doing it. I am so glad that I did. Meeting other people was fun as well, new friends now! Was truly a fun experience. The instructor was great at instructing and educating you on the process. Had a great time for sure.

Most delicious experience in Rome!
We had the best, most delicious experience with our chef, Gianmaria! We learned how to make a flavorful pasta Puttanesca, and a simple ravioli with a sage butter sauce, along with gelato for dessert. The Prosecco and wine were flowing, and we devoured everything we made. This is a must do when you’re in Rome!

So much fun!
We had the best time! So thankful we chose to do this cooking class. Carlotta was so fun and incredibly helpful and patient. What a great time we all had! Also left feeling like I could make pasta and tiramisu at home! Highly recommend this experience!

Rome’s culinary culture demands an unrushed pace (Italy is where the Slow Food movement originated, after all). There is no better way to slow down and savor the experience—and appreciate the work that goes into crafting each Roman dish—than by taking a cooking class in Rome. Whether it's in a local restaurant, in the home of a Roman cook, in the bustling centro storico, or in the serene Roman countryside, Rome cooking classes will improve your ability to make hand-stretched pizza, fresh pasta, and everything in between.
