The cruise was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only recommendation would be to improve the instructions for guests who purchase tickets online through Viator. It would be helpful to remind customers that they must first visit the front office to collect their tickets before boarding. This small improvement would make the experience smoother and more convenient for everyone. Overall, I enjoyed the cruise!

Great way to see the city at night

The boat is large and felt spacious even with a full passenger load. The drinks are good and readily refilled. The atmosphere is amazing, with good music and lighting. Great Guide & Food

We had a great experience on this tour with Sonja & Flora as our guides. We did the 1130 tour starting at Central market. I was glad we started there as it was very crowded and we our first stop was crowded, but after that, they took us downstairs where we were pretty much by ourselves. We were able to sample many items, including pickles, chimney cake, langos, wine, and more. Hearing the history and how the food is made was a delight highly recommend.

Best experience ever especially for anyone with limited time and/or mobility issues. Loved it all!!! Alexandra was so knowledgeable and professional-she and Zoltan our driver made sure we had a fantastic time and were so accommodating to my my husband’s mobility issues helping with his walker, finding comfortable places for him to rest while she and I explored further. It was an excellent day and I can’t recommend this dynamic duo enough. They were kind accommodating and so very knowledgeable about Hungarian History. On top of having a wonderful day we really learned a lot!! Best experience ever-we cannot recommend this enough!!

Best way to get around Budapest

This was absolutely wonderful. We had 2 vehicles for the four of us. Robbie and Martin were fantastic, showing us so many sites, and providing a very informative commentary. They very. safely steered us through the traffic. This experience is a hidden gem. My son had injured his knee, and we covered so many attractions, while limiting the walking. .

Night Danube River Cruise—You Bet!

My wife and I aren’t cruise people but we had to try a night dinner cruise on the Danube. It was truly amazing. The service was impeccable and the 4 course dinner options to pick from were great. We were escorted to the top private deck a given a glass of champagne. Shouldn’t be surprised but the food was outstanding. A bottle of wine made it a special night.

Nice evening cruise.

Our attendant Grog( probably my spelling is not correct) was kind and friendly. We appreciate his efforts, and actually impressed with his work ethic. Because he had a few demanding passengers on board, unable to serve his full capacity towards us, we understood the situation and were ok. He was keep apologizing to us, serving time was a bit late. We don't blame him at all. We were sympathetic to him. I hope that readers understand that we, as customers, need have some manners. There are a lot of people on board, being mindful about our surroundings, not disturbing the cheerful atmosphere. He kept his good composure, and was doing his best. We cheered him up before getting off the ship. Hoping that we gave him some comfort. We liked him as our attendant, and appreciate his work. Regarding the cruise, we had course meal, music and dance were good, and we saw beautiful evening light up scenery. It was a great evening.
