Prepare for a good time
We had a very happy time there. They treated us very well, handed us a bubbly glass to start, and kept up with drinks. I thought they were going to charge (just a few spritzers) but did not. The food had a lot of variety. It was raining like crazy, but all was good once inside.
One issue - Bolt was 100% not available that evening, I guess due to demand. We used the subway to get closer to the boat.

A MUST do while in Budapest!!!
Do NOT hesitate to book!!! There were 6 in our group and we each had our own Tuk Tuk with all 3 being fabulous guides all around Budapest ... both sides! They will accommodate where to pick you up as well as drop you off! A must do in this amazing place! I'd recommend doing this first thing as you will then know where to go afterwards!
Our amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, drivers were Tommy, Gabor, & David ...all 3 top notch!!!

It’s a full day of...
It’s a full day of travelling but it’s all going to be worth it. Filip was prompt in picking me up from my hotel, was very courteous and friendly. He navigated the roads well while giving us information and factoids about our journey. At our stops, he provided historical background on the places we’re visiting, and gave us clear instructions on when and where to meet. He even gave us local treats. It was overall an amazing trip and I’d definitely recommend it. If you get Filip, even better!

Awesome Day in Budapest
At the beginning of the tour, my family and I thought it was gonna be like other boring tours we had in the past. However, Adam was very accommodating and was so chill. He did not push the program like other tour guides would. We learned a lot about Budapest from him. We enjoyed it so much that my daughter did not want to get off the tour. If you come to Budapest, this is the way to go. I highly recommend this tour.

Beer Spa is fun.
Take water shoes. You don’t want to walk around barefoot. Also pay the upgrade for the cabin locker. The cabin is its own little lockable room. The whole experience is very cool. You each get a huge tub side by side with a beer tap in between that you pour yourself. Drink as much beer as you want in 45 minutes. You soak in hot water with salts and hops and some other things dumped into it so you’re not actually soaking in beer. We really enjoyed it.

Food and Drink Tour Sept 2026
Good communication leading up to the tour. Many food and drink tastings on the day. We Started in Central market and went Onto Vaci Street and ended in a Hungarian restaurant. Lots of info was shared re Budapest, Hungary and the Hungarian culture. The tour was 2.5 hours. Kris was our guide and he was so knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had.

Lovely evening on Danube!
I booked this tour because it was very reasonably priced, left from a close location to our hotel, and received very good reviews. When we arrived, there were many people queued for another cruise, and we waited probably an extra 10 minutes for our boat to disembark and for us to embark. At first it seemed a bit chaotic and unorganized, and I was hesitant about actually getting the “guaranteed” rooftop seat. However, our embarkation was smooth, we left soon after everyone was on board and the patrons took their seats quickly and in an organized fashion. The tour was quiet and smooth - we sailed to the Green bridge and turned and went the other direction, turning before the Margaret bridge. It was so calm and somewhat surreal. The guests were quiet and respectful and the approximately 50 minute cruise was the perfect amount of time to see the sights. I had low expectations when we were standing in the queue to board but was pleasantly surprised by the clientele and the smoothness of the ride. Highly recommend. Location to board just south of the Chain Bridge is optimal. Budapest at night from the Danube is a sight to behold. Highlight was the birds flying above an illuminated Parliament.

Fantastic private solo...
Fantastic private solo tour of St. Stephen's Cathedral with Martha! She was lovely, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. I took on the challenge of climbing all 364 stairs to the panoramic terrace (I'm sure Martha won't forget that!), and the views were absolutely worth it. Martha made the experience feel tailor-made just for me. 5 stars—don't hesitate to book!

A great way to either start or end end your visit in Budapest.
Overall, would very much recommend this cruise! A perfect amount of time for a night cruise and you were able to see all of the beautiful sites that Budapest has to offer. The boarding process was efficient and our champagne glasses were never empty. A great time was had by all of us and the experience was well worth it and memorable.

Spectacular dinner cruise.
Luxury cruise, service was 10/10, very professional servants especially Zoe was so lovely on board. The welcome drink was champagne. The menu to choose from was good. I ended up choosing the beef soup as a starter and the lamp rack as a main. They both were hot and tasty. The music was amazing and the Hungarian show was above and beyond especially as they involved the crowd in it. The cruise went smoothly on the river the lights of Budapest can be seen magically at night. This dinner cruise was absolutely worth the money spent. Well done Silverline for such a beautiful cruise.

Great overview. good balance between van time (with AC) and walking outside.
Great way to get an overview of the city and the main attractions. Our guide Dora was knowledgable, friendly, answered our questions. Good combination of time in the van (with AC) and being able to walk/explore. Only 4 of us in total - 2 Spanish speakers, 2 English. Dora did a good job balancing between both.

Amazing private luxurious tour. Worth every forint.
This tour might seem expensive but it is worth every penny. We were met in our hotel reception by our driver/guide Arkos who was extremely friendly and guided us to our beautiful BMW 7 Series vehicle with complimentary water which was very welcome. Absolutely luxurious vehicle and very clean and comfortable. We advised that on previous days we had already been to a number of places listed on the itinerary and he explained that as this was a private tour we could decide where we wanted to go. We wanted to spend the most time on Buda side as we love history. Fortunately Arkos has a degree in history and his knowledge and enthusiasm in sharing this knowledge was outstanding and made the tour so much more interesting. He was genuinely happy to be showing us around and he so loved his job. An absolute gentleman and scholar. He took us to places that you would never find on your own. A reflection of his local knowledge having been born and bred in Budapest. We ended our tour on the Pest side of the city which gave us ideas as to where to visit the next day. The four hour duration went very quickly and we wished that we had booked for longer. Great that we could pick our own itinerary and how much time we spent in each location. Thoroughly recommend this company and especially Arkos as your guide / driver.
