Lovely day! Loveliest tour guide.

It was a great experience. Our guide Sunny (Vu) was very good, knowledgeable and extremely humorous. We really appreciate his guiding skills. We learnt a lot of important historical sagas in his really interesting sense of humour. The biking experience was the highlight, I wish it was longer though. Lunch was good and the boating and hiking experience was amazing. The weather was harsh on our trip day but as Sunny said, we can’t control the weather, but we can definitely control how we take it in! 5 out of 5 experience!

We booked this tour via Viator and Theo was our tour guide. He provided us with a lot of information. Thr night before the trip, he texted us the information we needed before the trip, what we needed to bring and what time he would pick us up at the hotel. He showed up a few minutes early. He explained to us the history of the tunnel and we had an opportunity to explore different tunnels. He was a good caring tour guide. . My daughter had a stomach pain and we forgot to get her medicine. Theo had the driver stop by the pharmacy on the way so I could get some medicine for my daughter. The trip was fun, and enjoyable even though it rained. We are so lucky that Theo was a great planner and an amazing tour guide.

Great trip to Ha Long Bay...

Great trip to Ha Long Bay with Luca. Everything from pickup in Hanoi to drop off went smoothly. We had a comfortable bus ride to Ha Long Bay with stops for using the bathroom. Our cruise boat was one of the nicest ones at the dock. Food on the boat was excellent with options for vegetarians. The visit to the caves was definitely worth it. We did the private bamboo boat and speedboat trip. The speedboat trip can induce motion sickness in people very sensitive to sudden changes in speed and direction. Ti top beach tends to be crowded with all boats docking there - kids will enjoy it but if you're not a fan of big crowds, this may not be for you. The return trip had the most amazing cakes and tea. Overall a very fun experience. Luca is awesome!

Incredible tour with Kylie!

We had the absolute best time on this jeep tour! Kylie was an amazing guide—extremely fun, super chatty, and made the whole day so energetic. We got incredibly lucky and saw two trains pass on Train Street, plus another one right on the iron bridge, which was a huge highlight. The food we tried was delicious, and Kylie even gave us a bunch of awesome local recommendations for places to check out and enjoy later. 10/10 recommend booking with her!

Wow what a great day! Mr Chi was amazing from start to finish. His knowledge of the war and stories made this more special. The private tour for a day trip in Ninh Binh was great. They picked us up at our hotel, and our guide, Tran, was very knowledgeable about the area and Vietnamese history, so we were able to learn a lot. He was super helpful throughout the day and was aLeah’s enthusiastic. The activities were all well planned and time out, so we could enjoy it at a good pace before moving onto the next thing. The bike ride especially was an awesome way to see Ninh Binh and we got to stop and see lots of animals on the road. We definitely recommend for anyone interested in seeing Ninh Binh.

Great day out with Hoa!

Fabulous tour with Hoa . We went to all the ‘ must see’ sights in HCM city. Hoa is very knowledgeable and guided us efficiently through some very history dense locations. Lots of stories and good humour. Finished off with a Vietnamese coffee at the markets and Hoa helped us buy some local Bahn Mi. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience

This was a wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome upon boarding and everything was clearly laid out for us. All the meals were delicious as was the optional activities. We made a few friends on the ship and participated in some of the traditional dancing. The rooms are quite large for being on a boat and we really enjoyed the view of the water from our balcony.

We had an incredible trip to Halong with 6 couples on the Amanda Cruise ship after the Hera boat had a maintenance issue on one of our rooms. Fortunately we got an upgrade. Tom (Cruise, haha, his English name) was the cruise manager with his wife as part of the crew. The hospitality and food on board was amazing. We enjoyed all of the activities (except Tip top island which was packed). Tom and his team was exceptional!

What a great excursion! We had a great tour guide for Ninh Binh. Our accommodations that evening were very nice. The cruise ship and accommodations were spectacular. Just wish we could have fit in an extra night! Food was great and the service was exceptional. They helped us book a ride directly to the airport and their communication was top notch. Highly recommend
