Sunny (Vu) made this trip unforgettable. His energy never dipped, and his passion for Vietnamese history came through in every story he told — he had a way of making the past feel vivid and alive, not just a list of dates. Beyond his knowledge, he was incredibly thoughtful in the small ways that matter most, like making sure we had ponchos ready before the rain started. From start to finish, he guided us with genuine care and enthusiasm. Highly recommend requesting Sunny if you can!

Hiu was a fantastic guide for our Ninh Binh day tour. Punctual, friendly, and full of knowledge about the area — he made the history come alive and knew all the right timings to beat the crowds. Great English, great photos, and he took us to a wonderful local spot for lunch. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our Hanoi food tour with Bob. He was clearly passionate about Vietnamese food and culture, and it was wonderful hearing his personal connections and the stories behind the dishes we tried. The food was delicious, and it was fascinating learning about the cultural significance of what we were eating. Our dietary requirements (pescatarian) were fully catered for without any fuss. Great fun from start to finish and well worth the charge. We also got to experience some hidden restaurants and food stalls that I can’t imagine we would have found on our own. We’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi!

It is a long day escapade to the countryside which offers a great glimpse of local life and the beautiful sceneries. Loved the limestone mountains, imperial temple visit, biking through the neighborhood, boat ride through the caves, and hike to the top of the mountains which has view of the river/valleys and the lotus fields. Wished we had more time at the lotus fields and mountains.

It was amazing! Quick, professional and really helpful. Actual immigration line was short but I still felt special taken to diplomat express line. They took our passports and we went to pick up luggage’s and they brought our passports back. It was not needed to but great experience asa. One and done.

Our trip was great! Our guide Johnny was very knowledgable and attentive for the 7 hour excursion. Easy to find him at the cruise ship port, and quick loading on to the boat. We had 18 passengers, and could have had room for at least 30, so lots of space, which was nice. Clean, available bathrooms. Soda, beer, water available for sale ($1-2 USD), and you do get 1 free with lunch. The itinerary was different than what was on Viator, but it all ended up being great. Went to an oyster & pearl farm, Sung Set Cave, then had lunch (so much food! A set menu, and it just kept coming. After lunch, we visited Luon Cave - we had options to take a bamboo boat (included), kayak (included) or speedboat (~$17 USD), and we had enough time to do 2 of the 3! Finally, we also stopped at Titov Isle - has a viewpoint with about 450 steps, which I didn't do, but we had enough time here to allow that. We stayed at the beach/shops area, which was pretty small. Swimming was allowed, but again, it was very small, so we didn't go in. Johnny was a great guide and the boat crew were wonderful! Great way to see the cool bay area.

Wow, what a wonderful day we had exploring the vibrant, bustling city of Hanoi & seeing all the main landmarks with our guide, Jackies - our trip into the city from Halong Port was excellent, very comfortable & great driver. Well worth it & communication from the travel company was top notch, a great day out

What a great excursion! We had a great tour guide for Ninh Binh. Our accommodations that evening were very nice. The cruise ship and accommodations were spectacular. Just wish we could have fit in an extra night! Food was great and the service was exceptional. They helped us book a ride directly to the airport and their communication was top notch. Highly recommend
