They took us to quiet and hidden places most of the time. When we were kayaking, we were the only people. The swimming, the bamboo boat ride to a cave and the fishing farm were good visits as well. Ben our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was keen to share information. He really took good care of us. Although i was wishing more time to ourselves to enjoy the beauty. Everything else was soo good! The vegan food spread was amazing.

I had an amazing trip!!! Best ever with the tour guide Hang! Swimming and kayaking through caves and amazing meal and fish farms!! The tour guide was so entertaining and knowledgeable!
Great experience, very peaceful and away from the crowds! Nihn was a great tour guide! Food was well prepared to meet a variety of needs across the boat. Small group on the boat only
Views were amazing Tony and crew were excellent. Would 100% recommend the day trip! Also the lunch was 10/10. The schedule was great and the day was jam packed
They can cancel the evening before the trip. I also booked late but this was an dissapointment and not communixated on their page.

Tony was a legend! Had a great day trip with him! He was very entertaining and the view was wonderful!

Although we enjoyed the day and had lovely weather it was not what we expected. Snorkling is advertised but didn't happen, small group was 27 people and we booked a seniors tour but we were clearly much older than everyone else. Getting on and off the boat was challenging and at times unsafe.
It was a good day out and lots of beautiful views. Good vegan lunch was given.

Tom and Kong were our guides on this trip, and they were fantastic!! They were both very generous with their knowledge of Ha Long Bay and kept us safe and entertained all day. The kayaking through the caves was a particular highlight, and the food at lunch was plentiful and delicious! Thanks for making our one day on Cat Ba very memorable!
An absolutely amazing day! The guides, Hang and Kong, were fantastic. The beach swimming was awesome and the kayaking through the lagoons and caves was incredible. Very affordable; food and cold beers were great also.

Tony was a great guide. You will visit places less croudy which is really nice. Really best way to experience lan ha en Halong bay.
Absolutely amazing day in a small group of people from all over the world, guided by Jack, the best guide you wish for on such a tour. Lunch & cold drinks arranged by the crew were more than welcome. Chill day in paradise.
This was an amazing scenic experience that immerses you with the culture and is very fun for any group.

This was incredible! No crowds as promised and our guide, Hang, was absolutely lovely (knowledgeable, fun, and so caring—he truly went above and beyond for each of us). The first swim spot in particular was like something out of a dream—everyone in our group was just full of excitement and wonder. Highly, highly recommend if you find yourself in Cat Ba! You'll be especially lucky if you score Hang as your guide.

We enjoyed a fantastic full day of cruising, swimming, and kayaking. The seafood was delicious, and they thoughtfully provided towels on board for everyone.

We had a marvelous day despite the weather and some problematic travel. Ben was amazing, super energetic and engaging and very inclined to share more about the Vietnamese culture. You must go kayaking (even in the rain) as it was by far the most fun part of the day.
Recommend to stay the night in Cat Ba the night before. We took an early morning car from Hanoi and the trip over and back were nightmarish. Luckily, the tour company was helpful and communicative throughout the process but my goodness, JUST STAY CLOSE BY.
This is the perfect day trip to explore Lan Ha and Ha Log Bay. The boat was comfortable and well stocked with drinks to purchase. The lunch was plentiful and very tasty. The guides were excellent weaving tales of the local area as well as the history of Vietnam. We stopped as several secluded beaches to which we were able to jump off of the boat and swim to. The kayaking was an amazing expernece as well as we got to explore caves and the nooks and crannies of the beautiful rock formations.
The whole trip was amazing. Beautiful views. Engaging tour guides. Good food. The kayaking through the caves was the best part of the trip!

Wonderful day trip around the bay. The boat was clean and comfortable. Food was great. Lovely scenery, not many other boats around. Tour guide Ben was excellent and was very friendly and kind. My 8 year old loved jumping off the boat in to the sea - it was the highlight of the year for him! Overall this trip is excellent value for money. Fully recommend this trip.
