Everything went well and on time from hotel pickup to the tour and back to the hotel. Johnny was our tour guide was very helpful and attentive. He spoke good English and gave instructions clearly. We never had any issues. I highly recommend this tour.

Nguyen was a great tour. The tour takes you via bus to Ha Long Bay, where you see oyster and pearl farms before you go onto your ship. The cruise has plenty of restrooms to use and is quite spacious. We had plenty of food and beverages throughout. We especially enjoyed the speedboat portion of the tour. The service was excellent. There are, however, many other tours and so the locations can become quite crowded.

Amazing experience! The Ha Long Bay cruise offered stunning views, great food, and friendly staff. Kayaking and exploring caves were highlights, and the whole trip felt well-organized. Definitely a must-do in Vietnam

Had an amazing experience on this tour. Everything went nlike clockwork and there was so much to do. All the staff especially Heen were knowledgeable, polite and courteous. They were always around to help and made sure everything was great. Well worth the money$$$77!

This is a very popular tourist destination and gets extremely busy. The transfer was in a very comfortable bus, we had booked a private luxury transfer but it wasn’t available on the outward journey but the the return which was the correct transfer was not as comfortable as the less expensive option. Guide was good tried to keep things organised.

I need to pay extra 620000 dong for tickets. It 20 € . The price was 50 € per person. Why? I can’t understand. You show not the full price, everything was not included

It is a long day as you only get to Halong Bay between 12pm and 10m. But you know this beforehand and set your mind to it. It is a most enjoyable day/afternoon. The bus drive and the cruise was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet was wonderful and drinks at own cost had a good variety to choose from. The big cave was also interesting and not to hard to climb up the stairs if you don't have mobility issues. The landscape is beautiful !!!! Tip Top Island was also interesting. Unfortunately it started to rain so we didn't swim on the beach or went up 500 steps to the lookout. I recommend this trip as a MUST do when you are nearby.

Leave from Hanoi old quarter at about 7:45am and back by 8:30-9pm. Exhilarating day. The Sung Sot cave is amazing. Loved the speedboat ride ($12 extra) followed by Bamboo boat ride. Titop s was quite a climb, but the view was amazing. Bus ride is comfortable with adequate washroom breaks. Hiem the guide is quite funny and helpful.
Remember to carry plenty of extra cash for drinks on the boat, or at Titop or souvenirs at Sun Sot. Card also accepted on boat with taxes added.
Halong Bay is very picturesque. A memorable trip indeed. All activities were conducted on time without feeling rushed.

What a beautiful experience! It's a good feeling to enjoy the beauty of nature without exhausting yourself. From the reminders, to the pickup point, and all throughout the day tour, Hiep, of Arcady Cruise, made sure no one was left out. It's a day of nature, food and adventures.

Fantastic experience, very well looked after. The buffet was great and even had more than one vegetarian option. The guide and staff couldn't do enough. Fantastic sights around the Bay, we opted for the speed boat, had to pay a little extra, but worth it. Still able to go on the bamboo boats as well, don't miss that. Highly recommend.
