We finished our Bana Hills tour today, our tour guide was the ever so lovely Ella. She was so accommodating, helpful, and gave us a lot of time for ourselves so we would not feel rushed. Overall the tour was worth it. Thank you to Ella and this company for organizing everything!

The communication between the tour provider,tour guide Tien, and us was first class.Hotel pick up was on time which made the rest of journey seem effortless and relaxed.On arrival at Ba Na Hills, Tien explained what the day was going to look like and had everything ready to go for the cable car ride to the top of the mountain.Too many things about the rest of our day to talk about but it’s a must see and do experience and was handled with a fun and no fuss approach by our guide Tien. Don’t hesitate just book it 😊

Ella was amazing! Our Ba Na Hills tour was incredible, we had a large group and Ella was sure to look after us all, she made it such an amazing & fun day for us all.. fantastic day! I highly recommend any tours with Ella, she is really knowledgeable and had us missing all the long lines and had us enjoying everything there was on offer.
On our trip home Ella also recommended local restaurants and other activities for me to do in the area which I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated as a solo female traveller ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🩷

This is a must see, so surreal. It’s such a weird and whacky place but needs to be seen. Our guide Mr Bean was amazing, best guide . Cannot recommend him enough, so informative and engaging. Cable ride was incredible.
I would not do the buffet lunch though as it was like feeding time at the zoo.

Thank you Mr Bean from England! This was a crazy day - huge crowds at the bridge (shoulder to shoulder), Mr Bean knows the best spots for photos. If you are on time you can get better photos on the way back down the hill. The buffet lunch was overwhelming with the amount of options. Skip the free beer so you can get more time looking at the park activities. Definitely need to tick this spot off the list but expect a LOT of people. And listen to Mr Bean’s advice!

Spending the day at Ba Na Hills with Mr.Bean was a great addition to our time in Hoi An/Danang. He was very thoughtful with the group and so funny! It was a good mix of staying together as a group and free time. We got lucky with the weather too. Would recommend!

As my kids have put it 'Best guide and day EVER!" Be prepared for crowds everywhere - I have heard rainy days are less busy but wouldn’t be too pleasant. We didn’t do the buffet lunch but found a lovely quiet, out of the way French restaurant to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Didn’t like the Fantasy area with rides and games but we didn’t have young children and then beer experience was soooooo noisy, you could barely hear your friend speak.
Still a fun interesting day.

Be prepared to get your trainers on this is a huge park with pots to see , it’s like a big botanical gardens with a few rides , restaurants bars , shows , coffee shops etc
A fun day out but a little rushed to get photos and move on . Tom was a wonderful host and took some amazing photos for us and was a great guide . It was a fun day . If I could change anything it would be to go earlier to spend more time at the first stop , we got a glass of wine at the Cellar by the time we got served and sat out in the garden area , we had to rush our wine to get to the next place . Overall a good day with lots to see and do

Ella was great. Soft spoken but firm so people will listen and follow instructions. Very important to me as a traveler that other people be on time for they wouldn’t inconvenience fellow travelers and Ella made that happen. And of course, tour itself was great and we felt safe with the great driver.

This was a good way to see BaNa Hills because we were picked up at our hotel and driven there. Our guide was very nice and helpful. I wish I had known more what to do before arriving, because there are so many choices and it's huge. One thing I would change is having the "Wow Fast Pass" be part of the package because we had to spend time debating as a group whether it was worth it, and yes, for $10 more, it absolutely was, and glad everyone agreed on that. I also wish we had arrived earlier instead of stopping for a half hour at a gift shop. We split up as a group for a few hours and then reconvened to see the famous bridge and lovely gardens. All in all it was an excellent experience.

Mr. Bean made this tour as painless as it could be. Ba Na Hills is an extremely busy tourist site. He took all the mental work out of it for the attendees and had the best humour and energy. He was really great at teaching us as we went too.

Great and easy day trip out of Hoi An. Ba Na Hills and the theme park are fun and you have plenty of time to explore. The buffet lunch is good and has a lot of variety but even without it there are plenty of food options available. The golden bridge is great and the cable cars are awesome. Definitely worth doing!

Great tour, highly recommended. Most important is the weather. It's quite a bit cooler at the top so be prepared. Also check the expected queue times for the cable cars. Today was fine but it could be quiet a wait on busy days or times.
