BoHan gave our group a very interesting and entertaining tourist experience, visiting the Cu Chi tunnels and learning so much about Vietnam during the war. She was so informative and friendly and treated us to a very special hands-on day out. The Mekong Delta cruise was great too, as was the coconut village tour where we got to see and purchase many of the handmade treats to take home. Finally, the river boat paddle ride completed our special day. A positive, enjoyable experience for everyone! Would recommend this tour to anyone. Thanks so much BoHan!!

Had the most amazing tour with Big Handsome Dave. He was very funny, knowledgeable and a great guide. I loved that he prioritized the history and really encouraged us to get out of our comfort zone in the tunnels. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Big Dave. Was an amazing day.

It was a full on day, approx 14 hours, so a bit tired by the time we reached our hotel.
Out tour guide, bus driver and the many attractions exceeded our expectations. Totally recommend Viator to any traveller looking for , activities, cost effective and informative guide. Top marks !

We had a really fun tour with Minh! He was very welcoming and informative. The tour was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. Its a long day though ~12hrs, but definitely worth it if you want to experience a lot.

We had the best day with your guide Lockie! He was so caring with us, and he taught us so much about the area as well as things along the way to the main stops. Lockie even took photos for us throughout the day, learnt our names; and sung and played the harmonica for some extra entertainment on the way! We had such a fun time.

A highlight from my time in Saigon! I was lucky to have Jenny as my driver and guide, she was very friendly , funny and I always felt safe . You get to visit some really interesting local, grittier areas you might not usually come to on your own , and all the food was delicious. All the guides were so informative, friendly and really took care of you, definitely recommend this experience especially as a solo traveller !!

The Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta tour was a great experience to see the more rural side of Vietnam during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. This tour takes up the whole day, and there's a lot of walking. I highly recommend wearing light and loose clothing because the heat and humidity will drench you in sweat. The lunch at the Bamboo Restaurant was good and fullfilling. Though I didn't enjoy the fruit platter and honey tea tasting in the Mekong Delta. But that's a personal opinion based on taste. The sampan boat ride was a fun experience and I greatly admire the physical endurance of the sampan rowers, most of whom are elderly. I do recommend giving a tip at the end. Our tour guide (Phuc?) was knowledgeable and made sure we didn't get lost going from place to place. I highly recommend doing a cultural tour when visiting HCMC.

Brilliant tour with super tour guide - Khoa, full of history and lots of added extras. We had a brilliant tour with Khoa, how he told the history of the Vietnam war was easy to understand and helped us understand the context of the tunnels better. He was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations!

It’s a really long day and the tour guide was mediocre at best, barely spoke English and just kept repeating the same 3 things. Didn’t learn much about the tunnels or the River. It all felt a little like a tourist trap. I’d recommend just picking one and doing the tour with a different group. We tried to do it all in one day to make space for other things on other days, but ultimately not worth it since the places were so far from each other. I’d skip the tunnels unless you’re really interested in the war.

Lockie was an amazing tour guide today! He was very funny and had a lot of information to tell you. It was very informative and got to learn a lot through this trip and also have some laughs. Lockie has a great personality and makes the taking the trip worthwhile. Hero the driver was very good, and kept us safe the whole way. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had a lovely tour experience with Steven (Minh - because everyone else has the same name). He spoke fantastic clear English, went above and beyond to make it a lovely tour, even went further through the Cu Chi Tunnels with our kids (8 & 10) - really didn't have to, but gave everyone a laugh. Would highly recommend!

A big day with lots of activities. On the drive to the tunnels there is a stop at a rehabilitation centre for victims of the Vietnam war where they make wonderful pictures and objects out of shells and eggshell that are lacquered in a special way. Nice opportunity to buy some lovely gifts. Go on to the tunnel complex, very interesting and a chance to explore some of the them depending on your abilities. Fascinating insight into the resistance and how they utilised the little they had. Move on to a great lunch spread at a restaurant, very good range of Vietnamese food for all. Then 2 hr drive to Mekong delta and boat ride over to the island where you transfer to small boats and are taken through the coconut groves to village. There are refreshments and then you go for a tuktuk ride to a market where they make sweets out of coconut plus other things to buy. Return to the boat and then back to the bus for a ride back. Full day out started at 7:15 and got back at 17:15. Would recommend.

We booked this tour via Viator and Theo was our tour guide. He provided us with a lot of information. Thr night before the trip, he texted us the information we needed before the trip, what we needed to bring and what time he would pick us up at the hotel. He showed up a few minutes early. He explained to us the history of the tunnel and we had an opportunity to explore different tunnels. He was a good caring tour guide. . My daughter had a stomach pain and we forgot to get her medicine. Theo had the driver stop by the pharmacy on the way so I could get some medicine for my daughter. The trip was fun, and enjoyable even though it rained. We are so lucky that Theo was a great planner and an amazing tour guide.

Our tour guide Lockie was very fun and knowledgable. He told us a lot about the history and culture of Vietnam and his own story. He was very entertaining, even with some Karaoke! The day was long but worth it, we saw a lot and got to sample various foods. Lunch was delicious for the vegetarian/vegan option. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Very interesting history of war. If youre afraid of bugs the jungle part may not be for you. The guide "Lockie" was very helpful and informative. Bring a Bottle of ice water to keep cool.

The tunnels and history were fascinating and Tony tells you a lot about the war history in Vietnam. The palm forest was so peaceful. Tony made this such a unique experience with his personality - expect a fun and interactive day. “Never try never know!”
There is a bit of time in the van but Mr Khahn is an unreal driver. Such a smooth drive and gets you to the destinations as quick as possible. Make sure you bring cash with you for tipping and purchases.
