A Perfect Local intro to Venice ⭐️
Everything about this Bacaro tour was fantastic! We had Elisabetta as our guide for the afternoon tour, and she couldn’t have been more kind, welcoming, and informative about Venice. She is a true Venice native, and gave us a genuine understanding of the city. We began near the Rialto Bridge, where she gave some context on the more touristy areas of the city, and then we moved into the quieter streets of Venice, stopping at three unique Bacaro where we tried cicchetti and wine at each. Elisabetta was very accommodating and understanding if we had any food preferences, and did not force anything upon us! Always made sure we would be interested before ordering. Although the tour is 2 hours, we found ourselves perfectly full and satisfied with the amount of wine. We ended the night with some of Elisabetta’s local recommendations for dinner and drinks, and both were amazing. 10/10 would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a “non-touristy” Venice experience. Thank you again!!

Beautiful scenery and BEST people!!!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vineyard! Our driver Paolo was so pleasant and knowledgeable! He even had a list of recommended places to eat and things to do while in Venice that he typed out for us, and he was born and raised here! He explained many things to us about the wine in this area. Then there was Claudia! She works at the vineyard and so bubbly and jolly!!! She too is very knowledgeable and such a joy to be around! We learned so many interesting facts in such a beautiful place! Highly recommend this tour for a halfday activity!!!

Must do in Venice with Families!
This is a must do in Venice for anyone traveling with kids and teens. Our group ranged in age from 12 to 47 and everyone had a fun time. Alex was amazing. So warm and friendly, we felt like she was hosting us in her own home! We had 4 teenage boys in our group and she engaged with them, encouraged them to be creative with their pasta shapes and genuinely made them laugh. The food was plentiful too (we did the lunch class!) We also enjoyed getting to know the other people signed up for the class from all over the world.

Great way of exploring Venice
Gloria was lovely, attentive and informative. We visited 5 barcalos, in 4 we had a savoury snack and a drink and in the last a gelato. There were good options to cater for all needs and dietary requirements. A great way of visiting parts of the city you may not find and trying the Venetian ciccchetti.

Many wine adventures pair your tipples with nibbles from classic Venetian cicchetti (small bites) to full winery lunches.
