5 stars, largely due to our guide Maz. He was organized, thorough, and made sure we saw every highlight of the tour. His suggestion to arrange an earlier pickup to avoid the crowds was a great call — we had a much more relaxed experience because of it. He also took excellent photos for us throughout the day. Would highly recommend this tour, and especially Maz as a guide.

Do it!
The trip was a full day (meeting at 8:15 and returning just before 6pm) and boy did we get our moneys worth! What had the potential of feeling overwhelming due to the nature of visiting 6 different locations in one day, Joey facilitated and led beautifully, even educating us on the history and significance of each site in a organized and well-paced manner. I highly recommend this tour and Joey if you are in Tokyo!

Perfect Sumo experience for Families
Really informative, fun and hilarious activity to do with families. They got all ages involved in the learning of what a Sumo wrestlers life looks like. It helped that the announcer was so engaging and outgoing. The Sumo wrestlers were more performative than anything similar to a real match (which I'd like to see in the future) but this was great for a big family.

Great family fun
Awesome experience! Good food and entertainment. We learned about sumo wrestling and the culture around the sport and my kids loved it. Very interactive and there is a geisha to start the show. Thank you so much for a very special experience for our family.

Whether it's your first visit or your 15th, expert-led Tokyo tours will unveil even the most seemingly impenetrable parts of the city, whether it's the back alley bars of Shinjuku or a traditional tea ceremony room.
