Your morning starts with pickup from your Phuket hotel and transfer to Rassada Pier. Enjoy light refreshments while getting a safety briefing, then board the speedboat, and soak up the scenery on the way to the Phi Phi Islands.
Stop at Maya Bay and see the beach where “The Beach” was filmed. Next, enjoy a swim at Phileh Lagoon on Phi Phi Leh. Look for birds at Viking Cave and monkeys at Monkey Beach during brief stops.
Break for a buffet lunch and then snorkeling on Phi Phi Don. The last stop of the boat tour will be either Bamboo Island or Khai Island, depending on the option selected, for snorkeling.

What an unforgettable experience! From the moment we were picked up, everything was smooth and well organized. The crew was incredibly friendly — always smiling, offering drinks, helping with photos, and making sure everyone felt comfortable and happy throughout the day.
The islands themselves were stunning. Maya Bay was absolutely beautiful, and the crystal-clear turquoise water looked like something from a postcard. Snorkeling was a highlight — tons of colorful fish and great visibility. We had plenty of time at each stop to explore, swim, and enjoy the scenery.
The boat was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and the whole day felt like the perfect mix of adventure and chill time. I left with so many smiles and great memories.
Definitely a 5-star experience! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket — you won’t regret it! 😎🌴

We had a fantastic day and really enjoyed everything about this tour. The islands were absolutely beautiful, with amazing scenery and crystal-clear water. We also booked the optional traditional longtail boat ride in the lagoon for photos, which was definitely worth it. The pictures turned out great!
There was also a photographer on board taking photos throughout the day, and we received free access to all of our photos afterwards, which was a really nice bonus.
Lunch was tasty, and we especially loved all the activities available on the catamaran. During the second snorkeling stop, those who didn’t want to snorkel could use the SUP boards, enjoy the water slide from the catamaran, or jump into the sea from the second deck. It was a fun and well-organized day with something for everyone. I would definitely recommend choosing the catamaran tour for visiting the Phi Phi Islands!

The experience was definitely worth the boat ride. It gets super bumpy so I would recommend taking motion sickness medicine for those with weak stomach.

During monsoon season be ready for rough waters . The day we went the waters were great . Our tour was awesome. But I felt alot of time spent on boat and alot of little extra charges .

Phi Phi is quite a distance from Phuket, and the tour covers several different locations, so some time on the speedboat is unavoidable. Regarding extra charges, all main activities, including snorkeling equipment, are included as described. Any additional activities offered during the day are optional.

The tour was heavily structured around continuous upselling rather than deliverable sightseeing. Immediately upon arrival at the port, following the collection of national park fees, participants were repeatedly asked to purchase add-ons. These included foot covers, waterproof phone covers, access to an old boat for Instagram photos, and an additional paid snorkeling experience. The guide focused primarily on promoting these extra purchases throughout the journey, which significantly diminished the quality and focus of the overall tour.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that all essential parts of the Phi Phi Islands tour are included as described in the itinerary.
Snorkeling is included in the tour price, with masks, snorkels, and life jackets provided to all guests. An optional scuba diving experience may also be offered at Phi Phi Don Island for those who would like to try it, but this is an additional activity and is completely optional.
Other extras offered at the pier or during the trip, such as water shoes, waterproof phone covers, or special photo opportunities, are also entirely optional and are not required to enjoy any of the sightseeing, swimming, or snorkeling stops included in the program.
We’re sorry to hear that the presentation of these optional services felt excessive, and we will share this feedback with the operating team so that the main focus remains on the tour experience itself.

Absolutely amazing experience and service. Everyone was so kind and attentive at every point. There was times when people were sick on the speedboat and the team was quick to be there with bags, water, and nausea oil.

Sexy Sandy and the team were absolutely amazing. They made the tour interesting, engaging and so much fun, with great communication throughout.

You can buy swim shoes at the marina prior to leaving. Also, be prepared for some waves while on the speedboat and don't pass on the free Dramamine they offer. We have a great time!

Our Phi Phi Islands tour with Phuket Best Sea Marine was one of the most uncomfortable and concerning travel experiences we've had.
The main issue was the crossing itself. Sea conditions were extremely rough, yet we were never informed in advance that the trip could be this challenging. Had we known what to expect, we could at least have made an informed decision about whether to participate.
The captain and crew did not appear well prepared for the conditions. During the journey, crew members began handing out life jackets, which only increased concern among passengers. Several people fell and hurt themselves, many became violently seasick, children were crying, and one passenger appeared to require medical attention. People on the front deck were struggling to stay in place during some of the larger impacts. At several points we were genuinely worried about our safety.
We understand that no tour operator can control the weather or the sea. However, passenger safety, communication, and decision-making remain the operator's responsibility. More transparency about the conditions before departure would have made a significant difference.
The island stops themselves were generally fine, but the final stop at Khai Nai Island felt unnecessary. We spent around two hours there, despite there being very little to do beyond purchasing overpriced food and drinks. We would have preferred either more time at the other destinations or a shorter overall tour.
We were also encouraged to purchase water shoes before the trip, but never encountered a situation where they were actually needed.
Overall, this experience felt far more like an endurance test than a sightseeing tour. We would not choose this operator again and would look for a company with stronger communication and a greater focus on passenger comfort and safety.

We are sorry that the sea conditions made the journey uncomfortable for you.
August is part of Phuket’s low season, when waves and changing sea conditions can occur. Tours operate only when conditions are considered safe, and other operators were also running their scheduled trips that day.
Life jackets are standard safety equipment on speedboats, and their use during rougher conditions is a normal safety precaution. During the tour, one guest had a minor fall and received immediate first aid from the guide. No further medical assistance was required.
The island program was operated as scheduled. Khai Island is a planned part of this tour and is clearly included in the itinerary. Recommended items to bring, including water shoes, are provided in the booking information for guests’ comfort and convenience.
For future travelers, it may also be helpful to know that this tour is available in several different options. The Phi Phi + Khai Standard option is our most budget-friendly speedboat program and normally operates with a larger group. We also offer a Phi Phi + Khai Comfort speedboat option with fewer passengers on board, as well as a Phi Phi + Khai + Bamboo Catamaran option. The catamaran provides individual seating and generally offers a more stable and comfortable ride, which can be particularly appreciated during the low season.
We understand that rough sea conditions can significantly affect the experience, particularly for guests who are sensitive to motion, and we are sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations.
The tour was very nice and the lunch we got definitely was the cherry on top. I had a good time and the guide was nice

This was a great day. Even in low season and with a massive bout of rain; it was fantastic. We made it to every stop, had plenty of time for sight seeing and swimming in the crystal clear water. Phi phi island itself was beautiful but we had the least amount of time there, we booked to see that but other places were arranged it was all so rushed and feel we wasted our money doubt a refund will be given very dissatisfied

My friend and I are really glad we booked this tour. They really checked everything off our list. Our tour guide Dada was so knowledgeable and kept the energy really high. We saw the gorgeous waters, we rented a private long tail boat for an extra 2500 baht and got amazing pictures. The lunch was great and catered to our allergies. Unfortunately, this tour got off to a very poor start and immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Our pickup arrived around 45 minutes late, and we had to chase the company for an update. When the driver finally arrived, he was visibly agitated and blunt with us, despite the delay not being our fault.
At the pier, staff repeatedly shouted “hurry up” while we were trying to pay fees and complete forms. Even another guest commented on how rude they were being. This continued all the way onto the boat and created a hostile atmosphere that really put a damper on the start of the day.
The biggest disappointment was Maya Bay. Despite being advertised as the main highlight, we only had around 10–15 minutes on the beach before being rushed back.
The boat crew themselves were friendly and helpful, but overall the experience was disappointing and not something I would book again.

Regarding the pickup, the driver arrived approximately 30 minutes later than scheduled. This was partly due to a delay caused by guests at a previous pickup location and also because your Airbnb villa was more difficult to locate than a standard hotel. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
At the pier, our team works within a limited boarding window to ensure all guests can depart on time and visit the islands according to schedule. We are sorry if the instructions to proceed quickly came across as unfriendly, as this was not our intention.
We would also like to clarify that guests were given approximately 45 minutes of free time at Maya Bay. For example, if the boat arrived around 11:00 AM, the meeting time provided by the guide was approximately 11:45 AM. In addition to this free time, there is also time spent disembarking, walking to and from the beach, and reboarding the boat, meaning the overall visit was longer than the 10–15 minutes mentioned in your review.

Our day on the Phi Phi island tour was truly incredible. We got collected from our hotel and taken to the pier. The team greeted us and gave us a wristband and a safety talk which was really informative. We started by going to Maya Bay, before visiting Viking Cave, Monkey Bay and then onto some swimming in Pi Leh lagoon. We did some snorkelling, had lunch, and were able to explore here a final island visit and the trip home. The day was long but so jam packed full of incredible sights and experiences, all facilitated by a joyful crew - Pepe, Mickey, Tom and Jerry were amazing, and made the day even more fun and fantastic by looking after us so well - they are a credit to the tour agency!!
Some tips for people looking to book this - you burn quickly in the sun, so pack layers and spf and keep covered up (no spf allowed for Maya bay though!).
Also, the vegetarian lunch options were limited so if you’re vegetarian or struggle with spice it may be worth packing a few snacks.
Would recommend to everyone!

What a great day out on the water✨ be prepared to be picked up early. Once you get to Phuket, you receive snacks and a briefing. We got on the water at about 10:30ish. It’s super bumpy on the speedboat(which I like) but not the best if you get motion sickness. Every stop there’s something to see and learn about. Jimmy was our tour guide and he was GREAT!!!

The trip was absolutely amazing and especially for us traveling with 2 kids aged 5 and 2. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining and advising about each Island. The swimming, snorkelling and boat trip all in all was absolutely the best trip. We would recommend this to anyone even anyone traveling with kids.
