We enjoyed the Sky Lantern a lot. The bus is comfortable and it has an excellent AC, which helped since it is hot and humid during our tour. Cipher, our tour guide is great. She explained some history of the places we went to. I would highly recommend and ask for Cipher as your tour guide.

Great private tour with Benson. Prompt pickup from Keelung cruise terminal. Saw all the major sites for Taiwan. Benson suggested a small change in the shopping area that we visited and it suited us better than the original one recommended. The tour in Datong with Alex was fantastic! Alex and the driver tailored the tour itinerary to our specific preferences. Since we arrived in Datong by train on the same day as the tour, they picked us up at the station. We then drove to the Yutong Grottoes. Alex’s explanations were comprehensive and very clear. He repeatedly drew our attention to details in the wonderful artworks and provided an interesting historical insight into the history of the site. Afterward, he took us to the hotel in the city center and made sure we had enough time to visit the temple as well. Thank you, Alex, for your dedication and kindness. Our tour guide Vincent was awesome! He was genuinely friendly and quickly made friends with our kids, making sure they were engaged and having a good time. He catered the trip to our interests, never rushing us off to the next spot just for the sake of checking off a list. Like coffee? Ok, there's a place you have to try. Need more time shopping? No problem, take your time. Vincent knows Taiwan like the back of his hand, but he shared his knowledge in a way that made it fun and engaging. We couldn't have asked for a better time in Yehliu and Jiufen. Make sure to ask for Vincent!

A great tour around...

A great tour around Taiwan. Everything was really well organised from pick up on day 1 till drop off on day 5. The stops along the route were varied and interesting. Only hike of any note was to the pagoda but that wasn’t too bad. The guide Alan was great. He explained very clearly everything we needed to know along the way. The driver was well experienced and drove faultlessly throughout the week. The tour was a great price as all hotels were 5 star. I was a bit apprehensive about a tour size of 36, but it was never an issue. Highly recommended.

After exiting baggage claim, my private driver was at the designated area for passenger pick up service. He had a board up with my name written on it. I approached him. We greeted and he led me outside to a designated place to wait while he went to get his car. His vehicle was a clean comfortable minivan. He loaded my 2 luggage and we headed to my hotel. He gave me a bottle of water as I was seated. As we were riding along, he pointed out areas we were passing and made suggestions of places to visit in accordance to my interests, as well as places to eat, night markets info, etc. When we arrived at my hotel, he unloaded my bags and gave me a Taipei map of undiscovered places, in English and the native language guide, and a guide to Muslim friendly travel. I was very pleased with my experience with this company and my private driver.

The Beitou Hot Springs and Yangmingshan tour was a perfect blend of relaxation and nature. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly soothing, and the views at Yangmingshan were breathtaking.
