Basic Taipei 1/2 day tour. Add costs for MRT, taxi or Uber. Tour guide was very friendly but had somewhat limited knowledge about the sights visited
Barbie is an amazing tour guide! She is very knowledgeable, speaks perfect English and is so warm and engaging. We would spend time with her at any time we are in Taiwan.

My tour guide, Barbie, was excellent, knowledgeable, and highly passionate. However, the tour structure itself was disappointing. This is my second Viator tour where the guide repeatedly asked what I wanted to do, despite booking a specific itinerary. As a tourist, I expect the pre-paid itinerary to be followed, but instead, I felt pressured to skip certain stops.The tour company does not factor in travel time between locations, making it impossible to see everything. Furthermore, you must pay extra for taxis/Ubers between spots, and some listed attractions were closed or poorly timed (such as a night market scheduled during a day tour). Finally, hotel pickup was not available as advertised, requiring a self-funded trip to the meeting point. While I enjoyed Barbie's guiding, the overall description was misleading and left me feeling like I missed out.
Everything was excellent! Barbie had great knowledge of all the places we visited and was able to answer every question I asked right away. She is also a very positive, friendly, and cheerful person who makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the tour. I really enjoyed my time with her and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taipei!

Lily was an excellent tour guide! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things clearly and helped us learn how to use the metro, which was very helpful. Lily also went out of her way to take photos for us, making sure we captured some great memories from the tour. Her positive attitude and expertise made the whole experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time with her and highly recommend Lily to anyone visiting! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Allow plenty of time to get around the city using train and metro, very cheap way to get around much better than expensive taxis.
Lots of places to visit, 101 Tower, Memorial Park and changing of the guard, must sample the bubble tea and friend chicken etc
Lots of shops available including all the top brands and some local ones.
Our guide was great and explained lots of things about all aspects of Taiwan and the city of Taipei.
We would definitely return but with lots more time so as to see all the island and its features 👍
Our guide, Barbie, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and interesting. We opted for a tea tasting/ceremony which we truly enjoyed- the young Tea Master was perfect. Finished with Moon Cake tasting that we really enjoyed.

Tommy was my tour guide. He teached me in Taiwanese and Taipei essentials which I highly appreciated. These essentials were very helpful for me in the following days. Tommy was so patient and engaging. We used every form of transportation and walked many miles but we had an excellent overview of Taipei. We were exhausted it very fulfilled.
