Well worth it. Loved all the places we went to. The Jiufen market was a little long for 2.5 hours. We were pretty tired by then but still enjoyed the experience.

Mia was an excellent guide, and the tour was very well organized from start to finish. The areas get quite crowded and chaotic during peak season, but she managed the pace and logistics really smoothly, which made a big difference.
She explained everything clearly and prepared us ahead of each stop, so the day flowed seamlessly.
Overall, a its well-run tour.. I’d recommend

We absolutely loved our tour. We felt it was great value and had plenty of time to explore each of the stops in the itinerary. Taiwan’s own train street at Shifen, the waterfall and Jiufen were a great way to spend a day exploring outside of Taipei.
The day was made so much better by Vince and his commentary throughout the day. Informative and hilarious at times! He was great for a chat and would check-in with us throughout the entire day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
Bus was spacious and comfortable and the bottled water and USB charging was greatly appreciated.

Our tour guide Vince was great. He has lots of energy and knowledge and made the day a lot of fun. Plan for inclement weather even if the city says it will be nice. Lots of rain. Better to have more than needed. There will be room to store your extras above if not needed. For this tour be prepared for plenty of stairs.

Very Amazing Tour, it was Magical to see the Latern, the weather was very bad but we count see the Fall.
I didn't want to have a Tea Ceremony because I had one in my tour before but I had fun in that Magical town 😊

Our tour guide was great .. provided guidance in several languages .. very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and had a little treat waiting for us after one of our stops ( water melon) . He talked about the history of each stop on our 7 hour trip . Would recommend this tour and guide to any travelers to Taiwan

You're really just catching a ride in the van. No guiding at all. Driver drops you off, tells you what time to come back to meet up again. We felt like we missed out on any cultural or historical insights the sites may have offered.

The four places we visited were all great, and I recommend them. However, the tour guide provided little to no explanation about anything we saw and didn't accompany us on the sightseeing. We were pretty much left on our own. So essentially we paid for a bus ride to the sites. I would have preferred to pay more for some commentary/ information about what we were seeing.

Pros: You get to see so many different things on this trip. The geopark, the waterfall, sky lanterns, Jiufen old street. It's a great and diverse tour to take. You can experience lots of northern Taiwan! Our guide Joseph was very organised and gave us lots of information.
Cons: There is a lot packed into this trip and you need to keep track of time well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR FOR A WEEKEND DATE!!!! The reason is that Juifen implements traffic control then and therefore busses are not allowed in town. You are forced to transfer to a city bus which takes over an hour. You lose precious time in Jiufen. Otherwise the tour is worth it.

Unable to get refund when we did not join the excursion. The guide said he looked for us but that was a lie! Wasted one day waiting and wasted my money on this. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Very good experience in a small group of 5. the guide was super on time and responsive.
We unfortunately had 2 very inconsiderate co-travellers that arrived over 30 min late and on the last stop did not turn up. The guide went out of his way to search them and try to get them back. Really great service.

Gut organisiert, Reiseleiter war leider nicht so gut, da sein Englisch schlecht zu verstehen war.
Grundsätzlich sollte man die Zeiten anpassen - mehr Zeit am Wasserfall und Shifen, dafür weniger in Jiufen. Jiufen war leider total überlaufen, daher leider nicht zu empfehlen

Wir wurden von einer anderen Tour, die gestrichen wurde umgebucht auf diese hier, haben somit sogar den yehliu geopark kostenlos zusätzlich bekommen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut, der Bus sauber und geräumig. Es ist leider gerade Chinese new year, alle Taiwanesen sind unterwegs und verstopfen Straßen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das hätte man sehen können und die Tour eine Stunde vorher starten können. Wir hatten in yehliu sehr wenig Zeit. In Jiufen waren wir viel zu spät, da wurden Geschäfte schon geschlossen. Unser indonesischer Guide hat perfekt Englisch gesprochen, war aber nur am reden ohne Unterbrechung, sodass wir uns die Meeting Points nicht richtig merken konnten und falsch standen, jedoch nicht die einzigen waren.

盛り沢山の内容でとても楽しい旅でした。
要所要所でガイドさんが説明してくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりしました。
十份の滝、十份、九份それぞれ最初は一緒に移動し、途中からフリータイムがあるという周り方でした。
計3組でツアーを回りましたが、皆さん良い方々ばかりでとてもいい思い出になりました。
