Henry was an amazing private tour guide. He executed on our desired itinerary flawlessly and even through in some experiences along the way that we didn’t know about. Lastly, we wanted reservations for InParadise buffet but didn’t have any. He was able to call them and get us reservations. We had a wonderful time in Hualien today! Our tour guide was Jimmie, the company and Jimmie were very helpful and communicative from the day I booked the tour all the way to picking us up at the train station. We really got a very informative and lovely tour of Taroko gorge, the surrounding towns, and downtown Hualien. The restaurants and street food that Jimmie recommended were all amazing. He was very responsive to our teenage kids needs, like if they were hungry he took us to get delicious food quickly. He also took us to a mochi store and bought us lots of mochi for our welcome gift. It was a wonderful tour, we wish it was longer!

Vincent is the best tour guide!!!! We had a great time in the tour. He contacted me a couple of days beforehand and was waiting for us at the agreed time. Vincent is super friendly and helpful and very funny. We loved all the places we visited. Vincent took us to a great restaurant in Jiufen. Our favorite activity in the tour was the sky lanterns!

As a former travel consultant, I select my tours based strictly on the itinerary and inclusions. While this itinerary was perfectly balanced and offered an outstanding overview of this beautiful country, the true magic of the experience came down to our tour guide. A guide can easily make or break a trip, and Su Chuan Ren (also known as Kevin Su) elevated this tour into one of the most memorable journeys we have ever taken. When reading reviews prior to the trip, I initially wondered if the overwhelming praise for Kevin was too good to be true, but he genuinely lives up to the hype. Great way to see the city in one day

This was a great tour and allowed us to cover a lot ground and get ourselves oriented in Taipei. We hit all of the major landmarks and learned about the history of Taiwan and Taipei. Reliable tour operator

We are a family of five on a private tour. Tony, picked us up at our accommodation bang on time. He also communicated with us a day before the tour and gave us instruction what to bring. We didn’t feel rushed. We had been given ample time to enjoy the sceneries. Tony took us to a seafood restaurant. We didn’t have enough cash so Tony paid part of it and I paid him back after finding an ATM. This day trip is worth it. You feel relax with enough space to sit not feeling cramped. Tony treated us to Jiufen’s local delicacy of peanut ice cream wrap. It was delicious. I wish I had more. We missed the waterfall. It was our fault that we ran out of time. Tony was kind enough to compensate it, he allowed us to stop at Taipei 101 for a quick picture taking. I highly recommend booking your tour with Aviator. They are reliable.

Tea tasting and scenic views

Casual drive through the mountains just south of Taipei. Saw local tea fields over looking the thousand island lake. Guide was helpful, especially answering questions about the fauna. The highlight was the tea tasting with a tea master: three teas of which two were locally grown.
