Best day trip ever!
This day trip from Taipei was a great break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Shifen waterfall was beautiful, and the lantern experience in the old town might be our whole vacation’s highlight! Jiufen was quaint and fantastic. Our guide, Ruth, made the whole trip worth while. She didn’t just recite facts, she offered insight into Taiwanese culture as a whole. She kept us laughing and had fabulous recommendations on food, etc. She was an absolute gem.

amazing tour
Sam was an excellent guide. I only had 1 day in Hualien and Sam showed me everything. I felt more like a friend was showing me his hometown rather than a typical "guided" experience. Sam had a nice balance of knowledge and personal stories that help show the context of everything I was seeing. I will definitely return to Hualien again and spend more time in that beautiful city:)

Amazing tour, Roger was the BEST guide
Roger made this experience the highlight of my son’s and my trip to Taipei. He made sure we saw everything, at a pace that suited my 17-year old son, and made everything very special. He even made sure we had time for a tea ceremony!! If you are looking for a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience, book this trip and ask for Roger!!

Fantastic Guide for Northern Taiwan
We had a great day with Trix exploring Shifen, Jiufen, and Yehliu. He speaks excellent English, is very knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand and enjoyable. Trix was attentive, kept us safe, and ensured we stayed on time without feeling rushed. The whole trip was smooth and well-organised. Highly recommend Trix if you want a reliable and friendly guide to see the best of northern Taiwan!

Jade-green mountains, rainbow-colored temples, and neon cityscapes make up Taiwan's kaleidoscope. But if you don’t speak Mandarin, overcoming the language barrier can challenge planning and sightseeing. Taiwan tours help you easily explore this island nation by taking you to markets, temples, national parks, and even Studio Ghibli filming locations. Evening excursions help you try the best local delicacies at Taiwan’s famous night markets, while multi-day options take care of transport and accommodation, leaving you free to soak up the scenery.
