This was a great tour with loads to see and a great guide, In our case this being Roger. Roger was great, very knowledgeable and approachable. We recommend this tour if visiting Taiwan/Taipei.

We had such a great time on this private tour. The vehicle was big and spacious. Allen, our guide, showed us to the places where we could get the best photos and gave us a good background and history of the area. Allen was funny and knowledgeable. He made sure we beat the crowds and we got to see the best. Highly recommended ! I would recommend this tour over the mass joiner tours. The extra price is worth the VIP treatment and access. The joiner tours all ended early and did not get to see jiufen at night.

Our tour guide Vincent was awesome! He was genuinely friendly and quickly made friends with our kids, making sure they were engaged and having a good time. He catered the trip to our interests, never rushing us off to the next spot just for the sake of checking off a list. Like coffee? Ok, there's a place you have to try. Need more time shopping? No problem, take your time. Vincent knows Taiwan like the back of his hand, but he shared his knowledge in a way that made it fun and engaging. We couldn't have asked for a better time in Yehliu and Jiufen. Make sure to ask for Vincent!

Such a great tour, my guide was amazing funny lively, knew all the right spots to take great pictures even though we encountered a lot of rain. Vincent is the best tour guide ever I met before. He picked us up at the hotel we stayed with his big van on time. He surprised, entertained, took care of our kids from the beginning to the end with his great heart. Me, my wife and others could relax and had amazing experiences in Jiufen and Yehliu Geopark. He knows everything even secret shortcuts and also booked the best seat, the top and corner of the mountain at the restaurant. I think nobody can make a reservation on the seat without him. With closing the day tour we had unforgettable memory writing wishes on lanterns and let them fly with funny stuff.
I highly recommend him and this tour to everyone from all countries.

Cody was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Helped navigate the crazy crowds at all the stops, especially Jiufen, and took us through lesser known alleys and short cuts to get to great scenic views with less of the chaos!

I had a great time on my tour with Aaron. He had a lot of knowledge on the different places we visited. It was great to have someone friendly to chat with, especially as a solo traveller. The car was comfortable.
I unfortunately had terrible weather on the day - despite it looking fine when we were leaving my hotel. I had brought an umbrella, but luckily Aaron had a larger one in the car as it was needed. I am a pretty adventurous person so I did not mind too much with being out in the very windy and rainy weather (this is mainly a problem for the Geopark) but I think most would have given up. Would probably be good to have an alternative to offer in case of the bad weather like I had. If it is raining or any chance of rain, I would encourage participants to bring a change of clothes as I was then wet for remainder of the day despite umbrella.
The waterfall was nice but honestly not that exciting and could definitely be skipped. Maybe the option for a slightly shorter and cheaper day and not bother with the waterfall would be good to offer?

Chiao chiao is a great guide and really helped my mum to navigate the more difficult places in the walk.
Had a great time, thanks to her knowledge of the places to avoid crowds and increase the efficiency of the tour.
It's a rainy sat and a public holiday weekend so it's really crowded. Without her knowledge I think the tour will take much longer with longer waiting times. She also bought us some local snacks that's really special

Our guide Chouly / Julie was the best. She made the entire day so much fun by recommending us things to shop at the market in Jiufen, to recommending the best restaurant with a view for lunch. She is so passionate about her job and it shows. She loved to talk and clicked amazing pictures for us throughout the day, even if we dint ask for it. She is such a great driver too. It was a bit rainy and she ensured all 4 of us had umbrellas.
From writing our wishes on a lantern in Shifen, to the beautiful waterfalls... The highlight was definitely the Yehliu Geopark. Absolutely stunning! Would definitely recommend this tour!

Vincent was a great guide! I was travelling with a family of seniors and he adjusted the tour to a comfortable pace, making the entire experience enjoyable and manageable for everyone. In Jiufen, he even guided us through an alternative route that avoided the long stairs and led us to a charming coffee shop called Chliv — a thoughtful detour that made the visit even more memorable. We also had lunch at a traditional tea house and even got to experience a tea ceremony. We ended the day at Shifen Old Street, where we sent our good wishes into the sky with the lanterns. As a bonus, Vincent took amazing photos throughout the tour that captured all the best moments.

This tour takes you more to the Coastal/country area. It’s really good to see the contrast of this area compared to the city of Taipei. There are some really beautiful, natural, formations and beautiful nature. Our driver Aaron was helpful with whatever we needed and we really enjoyed this tour. I would recommend it.

Nana was an exceptional guide who not only provided information about each site, but also shared historical details about the sites that made our visit more memorable. She personalized our schedule to minimize crowds and avoid heavy traffic times. Nana is very personable and thoughtful, she even went out of her way to take great photos of our group and to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience. We had seniors with mobility issues and Nana made sure that everyone enjoyed a great tour. Nana is a fantastic guide so grab Nana if possible for a great tour.

It is a really good trip. It was very warm that day so the first stop was a bit tough, but very nice. Our guide Nicolas was very good and his
English was very good too. Nice clean car. It was great fun to do the lantarn and lunch was great and so was Jiufen
