Jeffrey is terrific!!! He speaks Engllish well, takes lots of pictures to capture the beauty of every location, was very informative…. and he was a lovely person to spend the day with! Any stay in Tawain is not complete without this tour.

Wonderful day traveling to the Geopark, coastline, waterfalls and cool little old town, Shiflen - all not too far from Taipei! We also painted a lantern to release into the air- so fun! Our guide, Jacky was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable about the history of the places we visited, and knew all of the great places to pose for pictures! The car was very comfortable and he had it stocked with water bottles. Bring cash for the little towns, the museum gift shops take credit cards. You may want to use an umbrella as you walk around - the sun was intense! Ask for Jacky - you won’t be disappointed!

Danny was amazing! We had an incredible day even with the rain, exploring the Geo Park, hiking to waterfalls, exploring towns like Shifen and Jiufen. Thoroughly enjoyed our day including the very authentic Taiwanese lunch and the oolong tea in the afternoon with Danny. Highly recommend this outing and ask for Danny!

Pros: The tour was exactly as described. We went to all of the locations and all the entrances and fees that said they were included were covered.
Cons: the guide’s English was hard to understand at times and the tour felt rushed. Even though our family was the only party on the tour, it ran by the guide’s schedule and not ours.

Our tour guide, Bubble, was excellent. He did a great job explaining each site we visited. And he provided wifi and water in his van. He’s very thoughtful in assisting elderly family members while walking, offering suggestions on where we can exchange money without fees, and cracked a few jokes along the way. We enjoyed the trip tremendously.

We had such a great time on this private tour. The vehicle was big and spacious. Allen, our guide, showed us to the places where we could get the best photos and gave us a good background and history of the area. Allen was funny and knowledgeable. He made sure we beat the crowds and we got to see the best. Highly recommended ! I would recommend this tour over the mass joiner tours. The extra price is worth the VIP treatment and access. The joiner tours all ended early and did not get to see jiufen at night.

Our tour guide Vincent was awesome! He was genuinely friendly and quickly made friends with our kids, making sure they were engaged and having a good time. He catered the trip to our interests, never rushing us off to the next spot just for the sake of checking off a list. Like coffee? Ok, there's a place you have to try. Need more time shopping? No problem, take your time. Vincent knows Taiwan like the back of his hand, but he shared his knowledge in a way that made it fun and engaging. Vincent is the best tour guide ever I met before. He picked us up at the hotel we stayed with his big van on time. He surprised, entertained, took care of our kids from the beginning to the end with his great heart. Me, my wife and others could relax and had amazing experiences in Jiufen and Yehliu Geopark. He knows everything even secret shortcuts and also booked the best seat, the top and corner of the mountain at the restaurant. I think nobody can make a reservation on the seat without him. With closing the day tour we had unforgettable memory writing wishes on lanterns and let them fly with funny stuff.
I highly recommend him and this tour to everyone from all countries.

I had a great time on my tour with Aaron. He had a lot of knowledge on the different places we visited. It was great to have someone friendly to chat with, especially as a solo traveller. The car was comfortable.
I unfortunately had terrible weather on the day - despite it looking fine when we were leaving my hotel. I had brought an umbrella, but luckily Aaron had a larger one in the car as it was needed. I am a pretty adventurous person so I did not mind too much with being out in the very windy and rainy weather (this is mainly a problem for the Geopark) but I think most would have given up. Would probably be good to have an alternative to offer in case of the bad weather like I had. If it is raining or any chance of rain, I would encourage participants to bring a change of clothes as I was then wet for remainder of the day despite umbrella.
The waterfall was nice but honestly not that exciting and could definitely be skipped. Maybe the option for a slightly shorter and cheaper day and not bother with the waterfall would be good to offer?

Chiao chiao is a great guide and really helped my mum to navigate the more difficult places in the walk.
Had a great time, thanks to her knowledge of the places to avoid crowds and increase the efficiency of the tour.
It's a rainy sat and a public holiday weekend so it's really crowded. Without her knowledge I think the tour will take much longer with longer waiting times. She also bought us some local snacks that's really special

Our guide Chouly / Julie was the best. She made the entire day so much fun by recommending us things to shop at the market in Jiufen, to recommending the best restaurant with a view for lunch. She is so passionate about her job and it shows. She loved to talk and clicked amazing pictures for us throughout the day, even if we dint ask for it. She is such a great driver too. It was a bit rainy and she ensured all 4 of us had umbrellas.
From writing our wishes on a lantern in Shifen, to the beautiful waterfalls... The highlight was definitely the Yehliu Geopark. Absolutely stunning! Would definitely recommend this tour!

I am so glad I booked this tour for my family. My family and I had a wonderful. Our tour guide, Vincent Lee, is so helpful, patience and knowledgeable. He showed us where to take nice pictures . The pictures he took for us came out so nicely. This is something we can never do. Would strongly recommend this tour to friends and relatives.
