We had such an amazing experience learning how to cook various Korean dishes with Grace! She was fun, very instructive and made learning super easy. The set up in the kitchen/classroom is perfect and I would highly recommend for anyone (regardless of cooking skill level). Awesome activity for if you encounter a rainy day in Seoul like we did.

Very professional kitchen and excellent tutor whose English was perfect. Everything was superbly prepared for our group - there were 7 people from different backgrounds. We all had a work station with all of the ingredients needed and we were taught to make 7 dishes which we then ate! Also got a cookbook with all of the recipes in it to take away. I would highly recommend this as an introduction to Korean cooking and culture.

A quick but thorough introduction into Korean basics. You’ll take home recipes that’s easily repeatable. Great instructors, small class, and good location. A must do.

This was one of the best parts of our trip to Korea. Being vegetarian and gluten free, it was hard getting to try all the authentic Korea food in the streets. The lovely crew were super lovely and accommodating to my dietary needs and I was able to make all 7 dishes no issue. Super grateful for their hospitality <3

The host and assistant were as much fun as was the cooking. And fun!
We made several dishes, during which time the group received easily-to-follow instructions, we were also given a lesson in Korean culture as relates to family and food traditions.

This was a wonderful activity. Booked as a small group, but it turned out. It was just me and my sister, which was lovely Sharon, our chef, was exceptional. The recipes were so fun to make and delicious. We even got a recipe book to take home. Great activity while you are in Seoul.

Authentic food with well rounded Chef Sharon. Highly organized. Taking the mystery out of Korean dishes. Fresh ingredients. Chef Sharon was handy with the substitution in case of allergies. So personable. Well stocked ingredients. Worth every penny. Great way to spend the afternoon. We made 7 different dishes plus dessert. Had two special drinks to include brown rice tea, and cinnamon punch. Reasonably priced for what you get. You even get to take home a cookbook and souvenir bag.

We ended up having a personal cooking class. My *9y/o and I had a wonderful time with Olivia. She was knowledgeable patient and kind. It felt like family, relaxed caring, well prepared with excellent ingredients! My son said it’s been his favorite part of the trip.
*Basic knife and sautée skills/kitchen safety needed for safe kid participation
I would recommend it to anyone wanting to take part of their Korea trip home with them

Great experience. Did the class with 4 young adult children. Food was all prepped with was nice as it allowed us to focus on cooking. Menu items were perfect for our kids as they will be able to make all of the items. My kids are 1/2 Korean and it’s all foods that they’ve eaten but never made. It’s a lot of food so come hungry and they have everything to pack your leftovers. Highly recommend.

Very informative, friendly and easy Korean cooking class! Highly recommend. My husband and I didn’t really need the market shopping lesson and so we were happy to just focus on the cooking and recipes. And Elly was so friendly and amazing!

The cooking class was excellent. We made an array of local dishes which all turned out well and were delicious. Our instructor, Olivia, was friendly and clear, providing guidance to ensure our success. We left feeling full and satisfied, and appreciated the cookbook that was provided as a souvenir. We were also given a tatami mat to make sushi at home and a tote bag. Our expectations were exceeded. We highly recommend this cooking class.

Our family of 5 spent an afternoon at Seoul Cooking Class learning how to cook bulgogi, kimchi pancakes and much more. The food and instructor were amazing. We had more than enough to eat and took back leftovers for the next day. The hosts were great explaining all the different ingredients. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

Hands down, this was one of the best cooking classes I've ever taken. My partner and I, and another couple joining the class, had an incredibly fun time at Seoul's Cooking Club—it was truly excellent.
The teacher was phenomenal: super welcoming, genuinely helpful, and packed the class with authentic insights into Korean cooking methods, food history, and tips to make dishes taste right. This wasn’t just about following a recipe, but about getting real insight into the food.
We made an ambitious range of seven classics, including three types of pancake, japchae, bibimbap, bulgogi, and gimbap, plus dessert.
I love to cook and this class was entertaining, inspiring, and taught me some new techniques. Yet it is also well suited to more beginner cooks in the class. It helped us know more about the street food and restaurant dishes we'd been seeing. And we got to eat all the dishes with some drinks with enough leftovers to take home, along with a nice tote bag and cookbook of the recipes as a gift!
If you want a personal, high-quality, and authentic immersion into Korean cuisine, book this class. Seriously inspiring. We loved it! 💯
