- Since the DMZ is operated by the military, the trip may be canceled without prior notice.
- All schedules are subject to change due to road conditions(roadworks, traffics etc.), weather conditions (storms, hurricanes, dense fog, heavy snow, etc.) and the government order, strike, and any other unforeseen reasons for the military reason such as military training, visiting higher level of military personnel etc. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel and/or alter any/all part of the itinerary which may result from circumstances beyond our control. We will do our utmost to improve that situation. However, we can NOT grant refunds. * Alternative itinerary Imjingak park > Art Space BEAT 131 > Odusan Unification Observatory > The war memorial of Korea > Dismissal at City Hall or Myeongdong.

- During the pandemic situation, visiting some places may be prohibited by government or military.

The tour was very informative, we stopped at some notable places along the way, enjoyed some delicious local food, and picked up some nice DMZ merchandise the overall tour was great. Our tour guide Kenny was funny and passionate you could tell he really cared about the history of DMZ. I would definitely recommend.

The DMZ tour was well organized from start to finish. Thomas stayed a step ahead, even getting us out earlier so we could see more without the crowds. We learned a lot, and he made the experience easy and genuinely interesting. If you’re visiting, this is a must-do, and Thomas really makes it.

Sophie was an outstanding guide and truly made the experience special. She was incredibly helpful to everyone in the group, always present, and consistently warm and friendly. What really set her apart was her depth of knowledge combined with her personal touch — her family connections and stories added a meaningful layer that you wouldn’t get otherwise.
She was also very easy to find at the start, and communication was seamless throughout, especially via WhatsApp, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

Kenny was a great tour guide.
He explained a lot of history related to the DMZ zone and the history of North and South Korea’s division.
He had a relaxed and fun approach to explaining information. I have a suspicion he does comedy on the side because his jokes were really good.
His English is great.

Winnie was the best tour guide! Her English was great and she was so funny and super informative. Our driver was also super safe. I highly recommend Winnie and this tour. We had the youngest and oldest people on the tour (8 to 70 yo) and Winnie was super accommodating and understanding.

Kenny was an amazing tour guide, super friendly, funny, and super informative. We started the day by going to the reunification park, and then headed to a suspension bridge, followed by the DMZ. All the activities were really fun, and the enjoyment was amplified by Kenny. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

I received a message from Kenny, our guide, the day before to confirm pick up and introduce himself. Kenny was brilliant in explaining the history behind the dmz and his English was brilliant too. Anyway, the tour itself was excellent although, unfortunately, we were unable to take pictures of North Korea at the time - apparently restrictions are always changing. Thankfully, Kenny was able to send everyone pictures taken previously of the scenes we could see ourselves on the day. Kenny also took pictures of us using our phones/cameras, which I thought was very nice of him.
I would definitely recommend doing this tour.

Kenny was a wonderful tour guide. He provided a plethora of information and stories, significant history, which was informative, but also sad. As an American thinking back on the loss of life as well as the contribution of African Americans and the discrimination we faced in our own country but made to fight is heartbreaking. World War II, Korean War, and the Cold War has impacted all our cultures and literally divided our world. It was a wonderful tour and should be experienced by all.

We had a fantastic guide (Stella) and she did everything she could to make it a great trip. Unfortunately for us the demand for places in the DMZ was massive owing to public holidays and the authority had reduced the allowed numbers. As such we didn’t do the proper tour, but if we had I think it would have been great. Stella made alternative arrangements and provided loads of history/current information!

Grace was our tour guide. She is excellent and gave good history of DMZ with enthusiasm. She is very friendly and smiles all the time. She showed us very interesting videos/facts on the large TV on the bus. I am lucky to have Grace as the tour guide which make DMZ very interesting.
