What are people saying about San Juan

Delicious and informative
Do not miss this tour! Our guide, Leslie, was top notch. Not only did she take us on a wonderful food experience we also heard about so much of Puerto Rico’s incredible history. Her depth of knowledge and enthusiasm for food, culture and history made for a very enjoyable evening. From the passion fruit ice pops to making our own mofongo it was a delightful way to experience this beautiful island.

Very friendly
I booked the wrong time for the tour I wanted to take through a third party (viator). Bacardi discovered the error on check in, told me how to correct it, made sure it got corrected and then made sure I got on the tour. Excellent customer service! …Tour was good too!

Charco Azul was next level 💧🌿
We had an incredible experience on the Charco Azul cave, waterfall, and river adventure from San Juan — easily one of the highlights of our Puerto Rico trip. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, from the lush hike to the crystal-clear blue pools and waterfall. It felt like a true hidden gem and a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. What really made this experience stand out was our guide, Fabiola. She was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She made everyone feel safe and comfortable while keeping the entire experience fun and engaging. Her energy, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile (including helping with photos and guiding us through tricky spots) truly made the trip worthwhile. Highly recommend this tour — and if you get Fabiola as your guide, you’re in the best hands!

Great experience for the...
Great experience for the family. The pickup is a little early but that is because they want to get you there early so you don't have to wait in line and can do the water activities multiple times. When we left everything had a very long line. We did a water slide, rope swing multiple times and cliff jumping multiple times until everyone was tired. A lot of rock climbing and it was very safe.

The Puerto Rican capital is a captivating hybrid of urban and nature, colonial heritage and indigenous culture. Whether you want to take a walking tour of Old San Juan, trek to waterfalls and lagoons in El Yunque National Forest, or go behind the scenes at a traditional Bacardi rum factory, San Juan excursions provide options to suit all tastes. Naturally, the island capital also affords plenty of ways to get on the water. A nighttime paddle around Bioluminescent Bay is unforgettable, but you can also go snorkeling, scuba dive with sea turtles, or set sail on a sunset boat cruise.
