Nice overview of Old San Juan without all the walking. Casa Bacardi was a nice history lesson. Getting to bottle your own Bacardi was a nice touch but pricey.
We learned so much, had an amazing time, and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!knowledgeable about the rich history of Old San Juan and shared fascinating stories and facts that really brought the city to life. His passion for Puerto Rico and its history made the tour both educational and engaging.
He also went above and beyond for our group by making a special stop to pick up our fifth passenger at a different location after they had trouble finding parking, despite a passing rain shower. That extra effort showed how much he genuinely cares about his guests and wants everyone to have the best possible experience.
Our visit to the Bacardí Distillery was another highlight of the day. Harry’s knowledge of the distillery and its history added so much to the experience, making it more than just a tour—it was a chance to truly appreciate an important part of Puerto Rico’s culture and heritage.

Touring Old San Juan was very interesting and our guide was great! We loved learning about the history of Puerto Rico. The BACARDÍ tasting and tour was top notch! I would definitely book this excursion again.
You'll have a great time at Casa Bacardi! Alejandra was amazing--funny, energetic and super knowledgeable. The Old San Juan tour was informative and intriguing.

Eli, our tour guide was exceptional. He was personable, knowledgeable and was able to transfer between English and Spanish effortlessly to include all in the group. The BACARDÍ portion was all great except not being able to hear their tour guide during the over vibrations of the trolley. A great atmosphere.
This was the best tour, a perfect mix of the Bacardi distillery and old San Juan. Being in the air conditioned van was perfect on the hot day. Harry was so knowledgeable about the history of the island and was great to answer questions at each stop. No issues getting us back to the drop off location in time to board our ship. Communication prior to tour was A+,

A little cheesy but interesting history not worth the squeeze for the price. Food was fast food typical not worth the high prices.

This is a History tour and Rum tour not a food tour,
I think you mistaken the tour.
The Casa Bicardi tour was good. The Old San Juan tour was disappointing, didn't seem to point out very much. Maybe that's all there is in that area. Just not very informative

Sandra, I guess you did not read the description of the tour. Old San Juan tour is a one hour drive by with two stops, if you wanted more time we also have walking tours available, but I think you mistaken the tour and as always don't read the descriptions. And all of our guides are certified guides by the tourism company of PR. Next time I invite you to do one of our walking tours. Thanks for being part of our tour.
If it’s during or near the festival then it’s 2 hours before you get to the tour facility and the wait was twice as long as the tour

We cannot control traffic, Old San Juan is a busy area and always a lot of traffic. Thanks for being part of our tour.
Such an amazing tour guide I found out that he does other tours as well and id love to go on his other tours because this one was amazing.
This is no criticism of the guide but I do not believe this was value for the money spent. We started off with the distillery tour, and the Bacardi guide was great, enthusiastic but the focus was mostly on the history of the rum. I have done other tours like the Budweiser Tour in Fort Collins and you get an in depth view of the process. You actually see inside the production area. Basically here, you get picked up in a trolly at the visitors center, driven to the main building, watch a short film and see a visitors center. Back in the van for the drive back to Old San Juan. that really is just a drive by. We disembarked at the govt buildings and the guide also offered to disembark at another spot but the group declined as it was hot and ten minutes was barely enough to look at a space. I had earlier taken the walking tour of Old San Juan which took a couple of hours and it was well worth the trip. Do the walking tour. Skip the distillery tour.

All you had to do was read the description, and you would've see that is the Legacy Tour (History Tour)
at Bacardi, they also have other tours available, but the one we do is a package worth over $150 that includes and Old SJ Tour, Bacardi and transportation.
It was a great experience. The driver was nice. The tour was educational. I would definitely book this tour again. I have no complaints
Shoutout to Eli - he was the best tour guide! He gave us great information through our tour of Old San Juan. We enjoyed the BACARDÍ history tour as well. Highly recommend!
This Rum tour was disappointing. It lacked the key element Rum. We were only offered one rum for tasting.

If you read the description, you will see that this is for the Legacy Tour not a tasting tour, next time read. Legacy Tour includes One Cocktail and also one shot.
Nice tour and experience. Very informative about culture and history. Nice tour around old San juan before going to the bacardi factory.
Harry is an outstanding guide. He is very knowledgeable about the history of San Juan and general facts about the city and surrounding area. His van was very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our tour. Our driver was awesome. I highly recommend this tour for anyone not too fond of heat and walking.
Transportation to and from Plaza colon provided. On the way to Casa Bacardi the driver gives a driving tour of old san juan with opportunity to get out and take pictures. This is for the Legacy tour. Not the rum tasting tour. You get one cocktail in the beginning and one shot at the end of the tour and history guide.
Fun and informative love the drinks driver was very entertaining tour guide was awesome easy to do for everyone

We really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. The van was comfortable and clean. We received a driving tour of San Juan but were able to get out and take pictures in a few spots. After, we headed to Bacardi where we were able to relax and enjoy a complimentary drink at the bar. Then we had the tour at Bacardi, which was very informative and really nice to walk through. We also received another drink after the Bacardi tour. Overall a great experience.
I was utterly impressed. The tour was very informative and the guides were very enthusiastic about the history of San Juan and especially Bacardi. I was never bored, and the entire tour kept my attention.
Eli was very friendly, kind and did a trip in English and Spanish because some people didn’t speak any English. Listen to him was very enjoyable
