We had an amazing experience on the Private San Juan Bay sunset/night cruise, and Carlos was an excellent guide. From the moment we arrived, he created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable.
He went above and beyond by providing champagne and a charcuterie board, which was a really nice touch. Throughout the cruise, he did a great job explaining the sights and sharing interesting details about the area without it ever feeling overwhelming.
What we loved most was the balance—there was plenty of great information and sightseeing, but also enough private, peaceful time for my wife and me to just enjoy the moment together.
Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting San Juan!

It was a wonderful experience. Carlos was the best and we was so informative of the history of Old San Juan. I would highly recommend and do it again.

Fun sunset cruise with two teens who are very picky. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to make the whole family happy.
At 12:45pm i was called saying the weather was too bad to do it on 7/22 the day of our boat ride he wanted to move it to tomorrow but i have another excursion at 5. I checked the weather myself and it was completely clear. At 5:45 i called back saying the forecast is clear and it hasn’t rained can we still do it today because it’s one of my last days. He said at 8:30pm…why would i accept that. it’s supposed to be a sunset cruise not one in the pitch black. I asked him to change the date to 7/23 so i can cancel and get a refund and he never did so i had to contact support to request a refund from him
and just a heads up his communication is horrible

Hello Jace, we are really sorry to hear about this situation. Your review help our business improve and be better with the time. The original reservation was at 7:30pm, and not at 5:30pm, as mentioned. At 7:30pm there's no sunset on the area. We usually call our clients ahead of time if there more than 20% of chance of rain for the tour, for not make them wait in case the group will like to still try it, look for another date or make other plans. In this case we called aroud 12pm and for this one, you agreed for a re-schedule for the next day at 7:30pm. We don't force clients to make changes, on this case we just presented a better option and you agreed for the change. We always try to look the better options for our clients and that's why we offered a better moment for this one. We received a call from you aroud 5:45pm to see if we could still try it ,and we said yes. Beeing the original reservation at 7:30pm, we offered to start aroud 8pm-8:15pm since we had to get everything ready to head out.
For us, safety is always first and having a good experience in our tours.
Excellent cruise. The captain and his assistant were very attentive and cared about our comfort. We were also given the most scrumptious charcuterie board!

Great tour guide, very affordable, the guy is very down the earth he understands the customer, amazing vibes and great snacks and drinks.
We had an amazing time. Nick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He provided us with champagne, meat, and cheese. He took some amazing pictures for our group. Would definitely do this again!
The experience was amazing and so worth it. Went with 5 of my friends and we enjoyed the champagne and charcuterie board. We took the best pictures and the sunset was great. Would recommend!!
It was nice and relaxing! Carlos helped with pictures and wanted to ensure we had a good time. The chatterurie board was more than my husband could eat.
Chris captained a boat around the harbor for our family. 2 bottles of bubbly and a charcuterie tray. Nice way to spend 2 hours on the water!
Carlos was an absolutely delight! He was very knowledgeable about the history of the island, and had a great playlist! Would definitely recommend this tour, but would suggest not booking the 7:30 cruise if you want to see the sunset!

We took a sunset cruise for my husband‘s birthday with our three kids. They are ages 4, 6, & 8. Captain Carlos was a great guide and everyone had fun. Would definitely recommend to other families or a couples.

Our captain Derek was very informative and accommodating to our trip. It was just my husband and I and it was a wonderful night tour to see the lights of San Juan and Derek gave us history along the way.

We had such a lovely time on our sunset cruise. We were given champagne and snacks and enjoyed a lovely sunset. We even got to see El Morro from the water which was very special.
It was a nice lengthy exploration of the San Juan Bay for which we got nice detailed explanations of every aspect of the bay and extensive history. The boat ride was really smooth and service was great 10/10
Nicholas really made this tour special, he was very outgoing and personable and pointed out the different items of interest in the harbor, he made this a great time!
Our captain, Carlos, and the first mate, Gia, were very attentive and informative. We had a lovely tour of the harbor and the historic sites of Old San Juan from the water. It felt like an intimate tour by knowledgeable locals and not an impersonal corporate charter.
This was a lovely evening. Boat captain was very knowledgeable and personable. If you want to see the sunset, don’t take the later time in January. It was mostly dark but the lights along the water were beautiful. Good tour to do before touring San Juan. Helped to get our bearings.
The host was very nice. He really gave us a historic tour. We understood a lot about Puerto Rican culture by the end of it. I got a full San Juan experience.
We had the best time. Our captain Carlos was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was the perfect mix of educational site seeing and alone time with my husband. Two bottles of champagne and a large yummy charcuterie board was perfect for our tour! it was the perfect way to end our trip to PR and the best way to see Old San Juan from a different view point!

Did the tour with wife, daughter and son in law and of course Captain Nicholas. Arrived at the marina a little early so had a drink and waited at a place right on the water . We saw the captain arrive and begin prepping the boat ,so we walked on over and introduced ourselves. Nicholas said it would be a few minutes,then he helped us aboard and the trip began. We went around the bay as the Captain talked about interesting landmarks. He had brought champagne and snacks ,they were great, and we cruised and sipped our way around the bay. Right at dusk we were in front of El Morro, what a sight. All of us agreed it was the best San Juan tour ever, of course a big part of that was Captain Nicholas so friendly and well mannered, super nice.
We had a fantastic time! Carlos was great and very informed about the area. We were able to see great views and a beautiful sunset.
