Windy wonderful tour!
It was so much fun getting to know the city with Luca as our guide. He has a wealth of knowledge. The tour really gives you a good grounding in this beautiful city. And it’s a perfect length, 2.5 hours. It was a very windy day so dress appropriately. You are outside with exception of going into the church.

Recommended 100%
We highly recommend this museum.
All the exhibits were presented in a very innovative and interesting way. The lava show was our favorite—we watched it twice. But we also loved the ice cave, Aurora, and everything else. We spent three hours there. It’s no wonder this museum has won so many awards!

Great puffin boat tour
Great and effective trip, the boat took ca 20 minutes out to reach an island where various sea birds stay, including the star of the show, the puffins! This was day two of the season, and a great deal of puffins had arrived just over night. Exceeding my expectations, superb guide with humor and knowledge of Iceland nature and birds. Binoculars on board. If you bring a proper camera you can get good pictures, I travelled light but the person next to me got wonderful close up pictures.

If you want a memorable...
If you want a memorable experience take the time to go on this tour. One learn much more than the culinary delight of Iceland. Our guide was very knowledgeable about culinary traditions and also a history buff. We had a fantastic time with Paul. Thank you

“ Convenient ”& “worry free”!!
The Iceland Bus Transfer is worry free option to get from the remote airport to Reykjavík. I’m from Southern California. The trip from Los Angeles to New York and from New York to Iceland is quite a journey. Not having to worry about getting into my hotel was a blessing. Having the transfer pre-booked was worry, free. After you leave customs and grab your luggage. The buses are conveniently located right outside. The the staff was very helpful and considerate, the buses were very comfortable, and again it was seamless and were free! I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone traveling in Iceland!

Beautiful
Very nice tour. This was very interesting and Eagle (Our tour guide) had a great sense of humor which made the tour more fun. He gave us recommendations on food, safes way to enjoy the black sand beach, and other tips like the water in the waterfall to freshen up. Iceland is beautiful but this side of Iceland really is sight to see. We want to visit again but in summer to better enjoy the landscapes with their green scenery since we went in wintertime. I have to admit that I was a little worried at first because of another experience with this same company where the experience was not bad but had a big room for improvement on service and I thought that every tour with this company’s was going to be the same but it turns out it was just one of those unlucky days since we had a great time and had no hiccups in this tour with Eagle.
Thank you Eagle! Hopefully when we return in summer, we get this tour with you again.
P.D. Always listen to your guide, there tips are always right, they definitely know best lol.

Fun easy experience
The location is not far from the capital if you are driving there and they have hourly slots. A popular trek into the 2nd largest lava tunnel in Iceland. Guided by our funny Greek tour guide, Dimitris, the experience was easy going and very enjoyable 1 hour trek. Free toilets and free parking on site.

Great stories and loop through a residential area we would never have explored otherwise
It was VERY cold and at first, when our guide said the tour would be 1.5-2 hours, I thought, “we will never last that long,” but the time went by quickly with the stories and exploration of a cemetery, a stop by a church, etc. I’m very glad we decided to do it!

Great tour to get to know the city upon arrival
I gotta say. This tour was amazing. I almost missed it because I did not hear my alarm but thankfully and coincidentally the tour guide called me (which woke me up) to change the time for half an hour later (which worked even better lol).
The 2 hour walk along the city with the cold weather was super comfortable and we barely felt the walk at all. (So don't worry about it) Our guide Nory did an amazing job. He is so knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor which made the tour very insightful, interesting and very very fun. We learned a lot about Iceland, its history, the Reykjavik City, etc and even got a chance to run up to a few of the stores he recommended before our next tour (since we had the day fully booked). (We ate the traditional Lamp soup. Soo good)
It was great that we booked this tour the second day of our stay because the day we arrived to Iceland we had no idea where to go, how to get by or where anything was. So, this tour first thing in the morning was enough for us to learn where everything was and what we wanted to visit. So much so, that there were
places we needed to go for other tours and we were going to go by bus but decided to talk to the spots instead since we already got to know the area. I know for a fact that without this tour I would have never known where to go and would have missed so many fun and interesting places around the city.
Thank you soo much! We had fun. Definitely will recommend this tour.

The Bosses of Reykjavik
Bardi was a wonderful guide! He seems to know every cat in Reykjavik and adds a very personal touch to the tour. We were enthralled with his knowledge and had such a wonderful time with him. All of the shops know him well and we were welcomed in to each one with a smile and an invitation to get to know the “boss” at each location. If you are interested in cats, love cats, and want to hear more about the lore and a little bit about Iceland, definitely do this tour.

Two humpbacks swimming in sync
We saw two humpback whales swimming together. The kept giving up little waves with their tails. At one point they even swam underneath our boat. It was so beautiful to watch them as the sun shone on the water. I would come back to Iceland just for this experience again.

Reykjavik Walking Tour
We started our Iceland vacation with a walking tour with our wonderful guide, Einar. He showed us all the local landmarks and gave us a brief history of the country. We were able to visit the homes of renowned artists and leaders. The weather was a bit of a damper but Einar remained enthusiastic in showcasing the beautiful city of Reykjavik.
