Even though we didn’t see...

Even though we didn’t see the Northern Lights (bummer, but nature does its thing), this was still a great experience. Our guide, JP, was fantastic—super knowledgeable about the Northern Lights and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the tour. He was a great driver, easy to talk to, and the hot chocolate and treats were such a nice touch. He really made the whole experience enjoyable and worth it, even without the lights. I’d definitely recommend this tour!

We had a northern lights...

We had a northern lights tours with Baldvin. We enjoyed this tour with him and it felt exciting to go find the northern lights and see if we would be lucky enough to see them. We felt he went above and beyond as a storm was coming the next day and he drove farther out so that we would have a clear enough sky to see them. We are able to see them and the photos turned out great!

Great guide made it a great night!

Our driver/tourguide Josef was fantastic! Even though Mother Nature didn't cooperate and we weren't able to clearly see the Northern Lights during our tour, it certainly wasn't' due to a lack of effort of Josef's behalf. He took us to multiple sites, shared lots of interesting facts about Iceland during the drive, and warmed us up with piping hot cocoa as well. Our thanks to him for all that he did to provide a great experience.

We knew that seeing the aurora is not always likely, but we wanted the best opportunity possible, so we booked a tour with Aurora Viking. We really appreciate how we were able to reschedule if they are unable to go out that night and how they really try so hard to find the best spots for the aurora. Our tour guide Kobe was so dedicated to making sure we got to see it, and had a keen eye for seeing it and pointing it out to us. He took some great photos of us with the aurora too! Definitely recommend anyone who wants to try and hunt for the aurora.

One of my Iceland highlights, a total bucket list event

This trip was recommended by travel companions we met in Iceland. The experience was incredible and while it cost a bit more than other Northern Lights experiences, I can see why. The driver works with a "central command" to identify areas in the sky without clouds, and compare that to solar activity. They knew exactly where to drive and we went to multiple locations. Unlike other tours which are set to go to one location, this tour will take you wherever the Northern Lights are brightest. The drive was knowledgeable and fun, informative and also took amazing pictures of all the attendees. Included in the trip is the professional pics that were taken during your tour.

Super Fantastic!!

Be patient! You may not see the Northern lights at the first location your tour guide goes to. Baldwin, our tour guide went to four different locations and on the fourth location we saw the Northern lights. The colors were green, purple and shades of pink. Baldwin was the was the best! He was very determined we were going to see something. Baldwin was knowledgeable and engaging with us. The hot chocolate and blankets were welcoming. It was extremely cold that night even late March, so dress WARM!

Thought this was well worth the money, we got very lucky with your views this night. I would highly recommend it to anyone and also would recommend braving the cold and sitting on the top deck for the best views. Also thought it was great that they sent photos to us afterwards as well.

The volcano 3D show- words are not enough to describe it...The Aurora show is OK Ok ,since I hv seen a real one in Rejkavick City itself,while walking out to buy some fruits...Museum provides you a knowledge about this stunning country...I wish to visit PERLAN again one day in summer.....winter time it's better to avoid travelling to Iceland if you don't have aurora in mind since it's extremely windy and temperatures go well below the freezing point..
