What are people saying about Prague

Great samples of different foods
We traveled with our tween sons and enjoyed the food tour with Sonar (Sonny). We ate a lot, drank a lot, and learned more about Prague food culture and history as well. We started with either beef broth soup (lighter) or goulash (beef/pork stew). Then we had a kolosche (like a Danish pastry) snack. Then, we walked about 8 minutes to stop at a deli to try prague ham on rye with mustard and pickle. Then we stopped at a tavern a few minutes away to try marinated camembert cheese and pickled sausage with a Moravian wine (or Czech cola for the kids which taste a bit like light, less sweet birch beer), we walked a few more minutes to get to our "dinner" where 4 of us shared 3 preselected main entrees: fried edam with potatoes, roast pork with spinach and potato dumplings, and goulash meal (chunks of meat but still stew-like) with bread dumplings. We had a choice of beer or seasonal raspberry soda or radler (half beer, half raspberry soda). Finally, we walked about 5 more minutes closer to the river bank to enjoy a gingerbread cookie. It took exactly 3 hours and didn't feel rushed. The company and tour guide was fabulous. Would recommend to others to understand the food culture and sample different foods. We even learned what was not local cuisines even though we thought it was! Almost wished it was longer to dive more into Prague history and culture and the background of all the different foods but that would end up being much much longer!

Great Prague Overview
This is great tour for those who just have a day or those that want to scratch the surface of what Prague has to offer. You will visit the best-known Prague sites: Charles Bridge, Prague Castle Complex, Astronomical Clock, Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter. These are stops. It’s up to you if you want to do further exploration on your own. Lunch and a boat ride are also included.
A great guide could make or break your trip, since they are your source of all information as you walk through Prague. My tour got very lucky with Ross. He was excellent. If I could pick a guide, it would be him. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to easily weave-in history/pop-culture references/story-telling and transition seamlessly. As you move through the tour, he also reminds you of previous stories so you can tie everything together and remember more of your tour. He is a seasoned guide. Therefore, he knows where to go for the best views or just a quiet corner.

Andie was sensational
Andie was an outstanding guide! I speak English and she was super clear and easy to understand.
The weather was kind of brutally hot but she kept our attention every step of the way. So, just note on hot days you will be sweating.
I was stressed because I was running a bit late but found it turned out ok. The tour starts at the meeting point (in the shade 👍) for a good 15 mins or so which provides a bit of a cushion if you’re running behind. Can’t say enough great things about the tour and specifically our guide. I didn’t have a lot of time so didn’t go in the castle- which probably was very cool. Highly recommend

Excellent tour... highly recommend!
Excellent tour! This was our 1st day in Prague and it was the perfect introduction to the city. Our guide Dave was fantastic! He is a Czech native and shared a lot of great information on Prague's history. The boat ride in between the two walking tours was a nice break and had some great photo ops. It was very well organized and I cant say enough good things about our guide Dave. Highly recommend!

A Fantastic Underground Tour of Prague
We had a wonderful experience on the Prague Underground Tour with our guide, Patrik. He was absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience so interesting and enjoyable.
Patrik has such a great knowledge of Prague and its history. He took us underneath the city and showed us the old medieval underground areas, explaining how people lived and what Prague was like hundreds of years ago. It was fascinating to see the old rooms and hidden parts of the city that you would never normally get to experience.
He explained everything clearly and in a very simple and interesting way. He was also very friendly, funny and easy to talk to, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We learned so much about the old times, the history of Prague and how the city has changed over the years.
It was a really memorable experience, and we are so glad we chose this tour. A big thank you to Patrik for making it such a fantastic experience for us.
I would definitely recommend Patrik and the Prague Underground Tour to anyone visiting Prague. If you want to learn about the history of the city while exploring places you wouldn’t normally see, this is definitely worth doing! 🇨🇿❤️

Prague, History with a Smile
Honza was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining, and had a great sense of humour, making the tour both informative and fun. I loved hearing all the fascinating facts and stories about Prague, especially the little details I would never have discovered on my own. Honza also shared brilliant practical tips and recommendations that helped me make the most of the rest of my stay. He was friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about his city. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Honza to anyone visiting Prague!

Wonderful introduction to Prague!
Wonderful introduction to Prague! Our guide, Ella, was very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We really enjoyed learning the history of Prague from her perspective. This tour also highlighted sites we wanted to return to, and Ella's inside tips on shopping and restaurants were so appreciated! Highly recommend!

Best tour guide. So many sites!
Tomas was absolutely amazing. His historical knowledge made the 3hr tour fly by. He answered all of my questions and took me to more view points, stop off spots, and art installations than I could count. I was nervous about traveling solo and he made it such a comfortable experience. I wish I could have booked every tour this trip with him.

A very enjoyable and informative tour. Our guide, Anna spoke knowledgably with enthusiasm and elements of humour but particularly with emmotion when she came to the Nazi Occupation, Resistance movements and Jewish settlements etc. around WW2.. If you only have a short time visiting Prague then this tour covers the must see Charles Bridge, the Lennon Wall, Prague Castle (and surrounding), the Jewish Quarter and Old Town Square plus explaining the architectural differences in the building styles.. Anna also had laminated cards along the tour, such as detailing the historic development of the distinct sections of Prague.. the Lesser Town, Old Town, New Town, Jewish Quarter.. eady to understand and all fascinating stuff, Thank you Anna!

Great guided tour by Mr Honda. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a great deal of old town and he took the time to answer our questions. I would suggest this tour for anyone on their first trip to Prague to gain insight about the history and the the old town area.

Fun, spooky tour of Prague underground with Goth hostess!
This wasn't a deep-dive into history, but it was a fun, light-hearted tour mostly focused on the origins of Prague's underground and history of mediaeval executions with some light context about the city sprinkled in. We had the BEST guide ever and she MADE the tour enjoyable! Shame I forget her name, but you'll know if you get her as she not only dressed in goth character (think black hair & lipstick), but really portrayed her villainess role 100% for an immersive vibe, LOL!
