This tour was fantastic! Our guide, Petra, was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly passionate about sharing her Czech history with us. The tour was fantastic. Honza told me so many interesting and unique facts about the city that no other tour guide mentioned. He tailored the tour information to my interests and experiences. We absolutely loved our tour guide Honza! He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and thoughtful.
We were lucky enough to to have a small group and he asked each one of us what our interests were and made sure to incorporate these topics in the tour.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience. If we had more time we would have taken another tour with him specifically.

Perfect tour with Honza, who was able to tell the brief story of Prague and Czech republic in 3 hours in an interactive manner. We visited the spots of the city which we will not be able to see by ourselves. Small group and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this tour

Excellent tour, very knowledgeable tour guide, able to get to the clock before the show started. Loved the pictures with the history of all of the sites. Honza was an excellent guide. I highly recommend this tour and this tour guide.

I booked the Prague Old Town and New Town and Jewish Quarter tour because I thought it would skewer towards the Jewish experience in Prague.It didn’t. 2 hours and 15 minutes before we got to Jewish section of which EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED. No where did the tour mention that every synagogue, the Jewish museum and the cemetery were all closed on Passover.I leave tomorrow, but would have booked for another day if warned that I couldn’t even walk into a synagogue. We saw many churches however. Not the tour I wanted or expected.

Dear Jeff,
if you read a step-by-step itinerary of the tour or its detailed description you find out that we do exteriors only. Tour was never supposed to go inside the synagogues. Title says "Jewish Quarter". Word "quarter" stands for a district - it does not include information about whether you go inside the buildings or not. Besides that - the entry fee to the synagogues is basically the same like the cost of our tour so you could've notice that there might be a reason why this tour costs about a half of what tours with interiors cost.
Well, next time I can suggest READING the tour description before making a purchase. That one simple step could prevent this from happening and you could purchase an activity that would suit you better.

Fabulous walking tour and we have been on a few. Honza aka Jack was superb. His knowledge was extensive and his tour information was excellent. Very friendly and funny, interacted with small group perfectly. Three hours flew by and every single minute was interesting. Would highly recommend this tour

This was a really great tour. Honza, our guide spoke excellent English and was very friendly. The tour was 3 hours but it went by very quickly. Honza gave us a brief history of the Czech Republic and Prague to put everything into context. He took us off the main tourist routes and showed us some hidden alley ways and churches that we would probably have missed. It gave us a good understanding of the layout of the city. Honza also gave us some tips and recommendations for the rest of our time in the city. He had great guide material that showed us what the city looked like at various times in its history. We were encouraged, if we had time, to go beyond the main towns of Prague. Perhaps on our next trip we will visit Bohemian Paradise! I would really recommend this tour and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Honza as your guide.

The three hour tour felt like three minutes. Our guide was Petra and she was AMAZING! Knowledgable, easy going, helpful, and presented a lot of information in such a way that you keep wanting more. The only comment about the tour is its name - it is not just Jewish quarter but more like "Prague in general". However, make sure you get Petra as your tour guide.

The offseason winter is an awesome time to visit to get the different season events and also avoid crowds

Guide's English was much more heavily accented and difficult to understand than others we had in Prague. Because I've been here before, I was able to understand about 40% of what he said; others in my party could understand about every fifth word. Not great at keeping the group together between stops. Jewish Quarter was an afterthought.

The tour guide was hard to understand and hear, no headphones were provided even though it was a group of about 20-25. Not a lot of information provided, a lot of jokes and recommendations of where to eat/drink. Not great

Thank you for your review. We passed it down to the guide and we're going to work with him to make improvements on his tours. When it comes to headphones we usually provide them for our Castle walk (as there are usually a lot of people which makes it difficult to hear) and in the Old Town there is a bit more space so in most cases guides have no problem being "loud enough" so everyone can hear comfortably. Next time we'll make sure this guide has a set of headphones if his voice is not loud enough. Thank you for your honest feedback.
