- Please note: This is a combined „package“ type of experience, you will meet two different guides – one is our own, the second is Old Town Hall’s official guide. This way, you get two different locals’ perspectives.
- Please note: This is the only such "visitable" underground space in Prague for guided tours. It takes around 20 minutes (!) and the rest of the Old Town Hall interior tour are its historic halls - above ground.
- ❗️To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Late arrivals create confusion and it may not be possible to locate the group afterward. *Please note that late arrivals will not be refunded.
- Not recommended for children under 10 years - longer walk, a bit too heavy on the amount of information
- For parents with toddlers: please bring a carrier instead of a stroller

Tour guide spoke loud and clear. He made the tour interesting and fun by adding questions and some jokes. He was friendly and gave us some tips about local restaurants, etc.

Our guide was Johana. She is a liberal arts student and had a deep knowledge of Prague history over several hundred years. She was also patient and polite. An excellent guide. The tour involved a moderate amount of walking including stairs when visiting the underground. The tour ends with an option hike to the top of the tower in Town Hall.... well worth the effort to see the town in panorama.

I love that Agatha did a wonderful job during the tour. She explained each stops thoroughly and I learned more about the history of the city and country. Also the second part of the tour, visiting the underground. Thank you!

This is a tremendous walking tour starting on the castle side of the Charles Bridge. We moved through old Prague hearing history, legend and context to the places we visited. This tour ends at the clock. But, from the start through the end, it was just so delightful. Highly recommend for a morning or afternoon! Our tour guide Eric was great and very knowledgeable. He loves history and this city has it.

The tour was awesome. Joseph was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very warm and approachable. We really love this tour and had a lot of fun. The tour which included the inside area of the clock The view from the tower and the underground portion were really interesting as well. I would have to caution anyone with bad knees to reconsider the underground portion as it's a lot of stairs at varying widths. The Tower tour included 25 or 30 to steps on a spiral staircase which could be challenging as well. We had a wonderful time enjoyed everything about the tour We would do it again with Joseph. He was a fabulous guide.

We had an excellent guide (Sebastian) who entertained and informed us throughout. I was a little skeptical heading in as it was not inexpensive, but I consider it to have been very good value. The first part is a walking tour across the Charles Bridge and through the Old City, which was with Sebastian. A small group of 10 kept it intimate and interactive. It never felt canned or forced. The second part of the tour takes you inside the town hall, clock tower and basements/ underground. Our guide Tereza was also excellent, informative and humorous. Overall time was 4 hours immersing you in 12th, 13th and 14th century history with a touch of more recent events. We saw a lot and learned a lot. Highly recommended.

Johana was very knowledgeable about the history of “Old Town” which made it very interesting. We were staying in Old Town so it was interesting to learn more about the town and interesting facts. Johana patiently answered questions and was very friendly and chatty. Would highly recommend 👍

Our guide Josef was very interactive telling us lots of history as we walked around the different areas. He also gave great tips on Prague itself useful to a visitor. You are handed off to a different guide at the City Hall. This was also an interesting part of the tour with a talk about the building, paintings and history. The underground portion of this tour was not very informative and we enjoyed a separate underground and dungeon tour we had taken earlier much better. The views from the top of the tower are stunning. We were told though that are tickets did not include the elevator to the tower so you have to use the ramp. Overall would recommend.

This was an excellent tour and both Josef and the tour guide in the city hall were very knowledgeable. Josef in particular was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Our walking tour through Old Town in Prague was an excellent experience and one of the highlights of our visit. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the city’s history. He provided detailed explanations about the architecture, historical events, and the significance of the many landmarks throughout the Old Town.
Then second part covered underground section of old city which was just fantastic.

Prepare for the weather. We had snow, hail and sunshine. Adam was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide. I highly recommend the tour of the Astronomical Clock and the trip to the dungeon. Views from the top of the tower are spectacular

I had a great tour around the Old Town. David made a good introduction to the city, and the tour was very informative and we were provided a good insight into the city's rich history. We also get a few good tips on how to enjoy our time in Prague.

1. Adam was a super guide. Easy to understand his English and very knowledgeable.
2. They kept this group small. 7 people. This is was our group size.
3. Be prepared to walk the whole tour, 2 hours.
4. Tour included astronomical admittance and group tour. This was worth it.
5. Lots of stairs on the astronomical group tour. Know that there an elevator to the tower that costs 100 Czech crown money. Well worth it, unless you are young and in shape. 😀
6. The tower is "not" for people who are afraid of heights. Seriously. However, if you go, know you will get some nice photo ops.
7. Enjoyed the underground tour included with this tour.
8. Time of visit is in February 2026, thus winter time. Yes, it's cold! Dress accordingly. Especially for early am and when the sun goes down.
9. 10 am tour was a perfect time.
10. Give yourself a little extra time to find the starting location. The tour does start on time. Which I am greatful for. I hate having to wait for poor planners being late.
11. What more can I say other than this tour was my favorite out of the two other tours with a different company.
Have fun...PS, go to Praque in the winter time. They say this is their slow season. Pretty busy in Praque during the winter time, I can't even imagine what summer time is like.
12. I felt safe in Praque. Just be vigilant as you would at home.

This was a great introductory tour of Prague. We started in Lessor Town and walked slowly across the bridge as Josef our guide talked about the history of the city. We also had a tour of the interior astronomical tower and basement which was pretty interesting.

Erick was a great guide. He gave us a lot of information and showed us things we would have not otherwise seen or noticed. The second part of the tour was ok. The guide spoke very quickly and was hard to hear her. The underground part was very quick and not a lot of information was given there .
