A Complete history lesson coupled with wonderful sites. Our guide Allen was incredibly knowledgeable., personable and accomodating. One of the best guides I have ever had on a tour.

Allen was a great guide. Our tour was only 3 people so it was very personal. He really knows his history and relayed some funny stories too. We could tell that he loves this city and enjoys being a tour guide. I wish we could have gone inside the Spanish Synagogue but it was closed to the public for Jewish holidays. But I felt that the tour covered Old Town & Jewish quarters very well, as expected. Thanks Allen

I was very disappointed that my tour was cancelled shortly before it was set to begin. I got an email from the tour organizer advising me that the tour was cancelled at 8:48am and the tour was beginning at 10:30am. I still have not received a refund of $32.49 for this tour that I booked, paid for, was confirmed and then cancelled last minute. I am very disappointed with my experience.

Dear Arielle, we are very sorry that you perceived the cancellation of the tour so negatively. The minimum number of participants for our tours is two (which is clearly stated in our terms and conditions), and you were the only one on that day. However, it often happens that other clients book tours at the last minute, so we did not want to rush into canceling it. We let you know immediately after closing the online sales channels, when it was clear that no one else would be joining. For complaints regarding refunds, you must contact Viator, who is responsible for this.

We had a tour with Maxim, it was excellent, very informative, very interesting and a bit creepy. Would have liked a little warning about the stairs as I have a heart condition and 82 steps up and down a bit daunting, but it was fine in the end

Allen was an amazing guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and will go into depth about Prague’s history as he guides you through Old Tow and the Jewish Quarter. His explanation of the Astrological clock was impressive. I was fortunate that there were only three people on the tour including myself, so it was very easy to hear and keep up with the group versus being in a group of 15-30+ participants. I really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it.

Martin was a great guide with great command of English language. He filled the tour with legends and humor. Being a local, he was kind enough to give us insider tips on where to eat and what cafes to try. Take the tour the first day to get the feel for the old town.

Radek was a very good guide! The tour was informative and a good length of time for me (1and a half hours-2 hours). We had already seen the Charles Bridge so this tour covered what we wanted to see. I would recommend this tour.

This was a great 2 hour tour, with a small group - 5 in all! Mark, our American guide was well informed and fun to be with, adding his own humour to the tour.

This was a good tour. We got to see a good deal in the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, but a little low-energy. We still really enjoyed the tour and are glad we did it. We learned about the history of the sites which was really important.

It was okay, but the full day tour with river cruise was much more comprehensive. If you want to see a great overview of Prague, do the other tour. This one was okay, but not great.
