Easy pickup location but if you are 10 mins early helps the organisation, friendly guide and nice explenations of the things we visited.

Really good tour. Started at the Charles Bridge and then took a tram up to Prague Castle and Cathedral. Our guide, David, was very good, spoke excellent English. David gave a brief history Prague and Czech Republic to put everything into context. The castle and cathedral complex is like a mini town. The stain glass windows in the cathedral are amazing. As the cathedral took centuries to build the windows reflect the stages of its development. The tour was very good, David guided our group with ease and answered all questions that were asked. I would recommend a tour with this company.

Anyone wondering if this experience is worth the money, should not worry….book it!
Our tour guide CanaChzec Steve was unbelievably knowledgable and was able to answer all questions I posed (…sorry Steve😆) and his style was really informative and delivered with great humour.
Anyone interested in the history of Prague Castle (and Prague in general for that matter) will be very pleased with this tour.
I’m on my way home now and regretting not booking other tours with Viatour.

This was one of the best tours I’ve taken in Europe.
Our guide was sharp, funny, and deeply knowledgeable. He didn’t just recite dates. He told stories that made the castle, the kings, and the city feel real.
Starting at Charles Bridge set the tone right away. By the time we crossed into Lesser Town, I already felt like I understood how Prague fits together.
St. Vitus Cathedral was the highlight. The way he explained the symbolism, the ceremonies, and the history behind what you’re seeing made it far more meaningful than walking through on your own.
Golden Lane and the Old Royal Palace added great context to how people actually lived inside the castle walls, not just how royalty ruled from them.
The pacing was perfect. Enough time to take things in, ask questions, and enjoy the views without feeling rushed.
If you want more than a checklist of landmarks and actually want to appreciate what you’re looking at, this tour delivers.
Prague is an incredible city. This tour helped me understand why.
I would recommend this to anyone visiting for the first time.

2.5 hours in total and still had to miss parts out as there is simply so much to see,,, the guide was amazing and know so much but was also an entertainer as well, one of the best I’ve come across& he knew exactly what to prioritize,, the basilica, the cathedral the palace are all worth the visit and the tour is the absolute “ must do”when in Prague

The tour was really great! The cathedral was absolutely incredible, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Our tour guide, Vojta, was my favorite tour guide ever! He was so animated, made the tour so very interesting and was a wealth of information. I went on several tours while in Prague and this one was my favorite.

For us, way too much time was spent on Charles Bridge rather than in the Castle. We booked a tour of the Castle not the Bridge so we were disappointed in how much time was spent on the bridge. There is so much to see and learn about the Castle we thought that was where we would spend our time, it was not.

Steve is a great guide! You can tell he has lots of experience and is very knowledgeable of the area. He is very well organized. We saw some great locations at the castle and learned a lot about the history.

This was a mess. There were just too many people, and too unorganized. The tour started late as the tour company opened too many slots for the groups. Given the large crowds, it meant we couldn’t see everything and the tour was overly rushed. The tour guide was great and knowledgeable, but the tour company needs to provide ear phones and receivers and group over 10 or 13 people, so the guide does not have to shout. Given the large crowds, and timing, we had to run across the bridge, run to the church, waited in line for 20 minutes to get in, couldn’t see anything with the crowds, and the final churches went unseen. Half the group dropped out. It was a mess. The gothic church is amazing, a must see in Prague, but maybe do it solo and not with this tour company

I'm sorry but the guides yesterday talked very low and we had to switch guides 2 times because none of them spoke loud. They didn't explain very well the story's and history of the castle and everything. ver bad experience overall

Great experience. I was there on Christmas and the castle is full of visitors. The line is very long and weather is cold. But our guide, Peter, made the waiting interesting with so many stories, fun facts, and jokes. After we got in, the experience was only better. Strongly recommended!

Peter from Prague was our guide and was very engaging and knowledgeable. Although the tour wss 2.5 hours and the venue was very busy, he kept it flowing with his knowledge, level of detail, and humour. A very interesting and worthwhile experience. Would recommend.
