Itinerary
Meet your guide in the Old Town Square, the central hub of Prague, where your tour begins. Set out through Prague’s UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town, stopping to admire the city’s striking architecture and historic landmarks. Along the way, take a walk through the magnificent Clementinum complex, with Baroque churches and the impressive Mirror Chapel.
Head down to the riverfront, where a boat is waiting for you. Hop aboard for a scenic, roughly 45-minute-long sightseeing cruise. Enjoy refreshments (included) as you glide along the river and admire views of Prague’s Old and New towns.
There's time to visit to the Charles Bridge Museum and pose for photos, before crossing the river to explore the atmospheric Mala Strana (Lesser Town). Stop to take pictures of Kampa Island, Lovers Bridge, and the graffiti-covered Lennon Wall, then take a tram ride up the hill to Prague Castle.

Allen is extremely knowledgeable! He even has an iPad where he shows you a map and explains more in detail the history of the area you are in. He took us to areas of the castle I had not seen in my previous tour. Plus, he pointed out the gardens in the castle which was very neat to explore on my own time after the tour. Allen also recommended a great place to eat and drink a monk monastery brewery which was excellent.

Enjoyable tour that starts with a brief walk through the old square. After the 40ish minute boat tour, we had a nice walk through the grounds of the Prague castle. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend!

Martin was an excellent guide. We highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable about the castle and many other places around the area. His English is excellent. He was easy to understand, and answered all our questions. The tour started in the old town where he gave us information about the astronomical clock as we passed and. a few buildings, the library, statues etc. These were just places we passed. We went in the Charles bridge museum and were able to read and look at some artifacts. There we learned about King Charles and the history of the bridge before going on the boat tour. The boat tour told about different buildings, their importance, the bridge, floods, and more. We had a snack and drink as part We walked across the bridge stopping and learned about St John Nepunuk. Then we went up into lesser town and learned a little about the government buildings while we waited for the tram that took us to the castle. We walked the grounds of the castle while Martin pointed out unique features and explained some history. He told us the tour usually ends at the tram station but, since we were staying near the castle we requested to end the tour after the castle. Martin gave us recommendations for restaurants and other activities during our stay. This was a great tour to get oriented and learn a little history.

My friend and I were the only ones who had booked during one of the time slots - so we ended up with an accidental private tour. Our tour guide was fantastic and so knowledgeable about the history of Prague. The boat tour was fun, and the walk around the outside of the castle was enjoyable. We even made it right on time for the changing of the guard. Highly recommend if you have limited time in Prague!

Our guide, Allen, was very knowledgeable and shared wonderful insights throughout the tour, whether it be on Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle grounds, or at a particular building we might have been walking by at that time. He was very thorough and informative on everything to the point our 3 hour tour wound up being over 4 hours! The river cruise portion of the tour was a little less informative and harder to follow, but was fun none the less. Plus you get a free beer on board! :) Overall, it was an informative and worthwhile experience well worth the money.

This was a great tour, but time management was a definite issue. This was a 3 hour tour which was supposed to include a 45 minute river cruise. There was a bit of rain that day which may have slowed us a bit, but because of church opening times up at the castle, the order of the tour was revamped to end with the boat cruise.
The tour itself was informative and the guide (Allan) was very knowledgeable about the subject matter.
During the tour it became apparent that the time frame was right out the window. The tour started at 2:00 p.m. and was scheduled to be over at 5:00 p.m. We arrived at the cruise dock at 5:30 p.m. for a 45 minute cruise. That would have had us finishing up about an hour and a half later than we booked.
When we travel, we try to pack a number of things into each day. We had booked a special dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant for 6:30 and definitely needed to get back to our flat to freshen up before dinner.
I'll give the guide credit in that he got us tickets to use 'later' but it was our last day in Prague with booked travel the next day, so those tickets are still in my wife's purse two week later. No matter how enjoyable the guide was, it's just not acceptable to have a tour exceed the booked time by about 50%.

Sometimes, due to uncontrollable weather conditions or trouble within the group (coming from other guests) it is hard to say how smoothly the tour will go. We're sure Allen tried to do what's best in the bad weather to leave you satisfied - he gave you the boat tickets for later, since he doesn't know what your plans are and when you leave. We hope you'll return to Prague one day again.

We got to see some cool things, but I think ultimately the river boat tour ends up being a major waste of time. We only got to see an hour worth of the actual castle, and had to skip several things to get through it before it closed. I regret not just doing a longer castle-only tour. If you're most interested in the castle, don't do this tour.

Great way to get a good overview of the city. The boat tour portion was nice and informative. Our guide Dana was super informative, she has lived in Prague her whole life and is a passionate advocate for her city and country. She also spoke great English and was very accommodating and answered our questions with confidence. She also was able to point out interesting quirks and identify interesting photo opportunities that only an experienced guide can do.

This tour is a great way to explore and learn about the city! Our tour guide Aneta was wonderful as she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and its history. My husband is very interested in history and Aneta was able to answer all of his questions! The included boat tour is a fantastic way to see both sides of the city from the river and learn more about the history of the city and its buildings. We had a great time on this tour and would definitely recommend it!
