Excellent Tour

Lovely medieval town. Our guide Honza was exceptionally knowledgable, friendly and a great communicator. He took us around the castle for about an hour and explained in detail the history. He then recommended a great restaurant for lunch and then we had about 1 1/2-2 hours to roam around, explore and take pictures. Our driver Marek was also great.

If you are looking for an incredible day trip that perfectly balances history, nature, and great local food, this tour is an absolute must! From start to finish, our experience was made exceptional by our tour guide, Warren. He was truly top-notch—incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and super fun to spend the day with. He had a deep answer for every question and kept the atmosphere warm and high-energy throughout the trip. Our first stop was Terezín. It was a deeply harrowing and sobering experience learning about the history of the fortress and concentration camp, but it is such an important piece of history to bear witness to. Warren handled the context with complete respect and sensitivity. Afterward, we headed out into nature to hike the Tisa Rocks (Tiské stěny). The rock formations were fascinating, unique, and stunning to explore—walking through the labyrinth of stone towers felt almost otherworldly. We also stopped for lunch, which was absolutely delicious and provided the perfect opportunity to refuel and relax after our morning walk. We wrapped up the day at the Bastei Bridge, and the panoramic views over the Elbe Sandstone Mountains were breathtaking. The sheer scale of the rock columns and the historic bridge made for unforgettable pictures. I cannot recommend this tour—and Warren as a guide—enough! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable day!

You won’t be disappointed!

Our tour started in the old town side of the bridge, continued across the bridge, thru lesser town, and then via tram ride up to the castle itself. Our tour guide was Mija and she was FABULOUS. She put so much information into the presentation, while also having fun with all of us. She asked everyone where we were from and remembered every single location. We learned so much from her!

Fantastic tour.

This tour was great ! There is a lot of hiking involved which is in the higher end of moderate to hard. Wearing comfortable clothing and shoes is a must. The experience was fantastic and the tour guide Sky was brilliant making the experience even more enjoyable. Lunch was very good with options for every dietary requirement. The sights are nothing short of spectacular!

Great tour from start to finish

If I could give a score higher than 5 I would. Jan was an absolutely fantastic guide! He enthusiastically answered all of our questions and provided interesting information continually as we went along our route. The tour itself was great. We enjoyed each aspect of it. The hike was wonderful. Lunch at the castle was tasty and the brewery was the icing on the cake. Don’t hesitate to book this outing if you visit Prague, you will not regret it!!

We need to send him on a speaking tour to US colleges and universities to educate our misguided youth on the dangers of the socialist fetish they currently admire

Prague Tour with Linda is Amazing. Medieval lunch & Boat ride wonderful. Pace just right.

Linda was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, but did not overly give us dates and facts. She gave us just enough information for us to understand where we were. A group had many older people and the pace was just right. We had a tour the day before of Prague and compared to the one we had the day before Linda’s tour for exceeded our expectations and we were able to cover many things that the tour of the day before did not cover. The food at the medieval restaurant was wonderful and everything was time just right. I would recommend this tour and but especially Linda as your tour Guide.

This was a fantastic...

This was a fantastic tour. Tomas is a very friendly, kind and knowledgeable guide. The sceneries were stunning. Everything was very well organized. Lunch was delicious, and the restaurant was very nice. There were 8 people in my group. Everyone was very nice, and we had great conversations.

Terezin - transitory concentration camp

Wonderful host, sadly, I can't remember her name, did a great job of providing a quick history of Czechoslovakia, the Nazis & a quick review of the Russian occupation. The Terezin (3 hours) portion of the tour was informative particularly the information that cell 1 held Gavrilo Princip, the assassin that triggered World War I in 1914 by killing Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The site (2 large sites) where very interesting and worthy of a 5 hour investment. Loveld the tour, highly recommend.

Great tour of Prague. Tour included mini-bus ride to Castle with descriptions of sites along the way. Received overview of castle while walking around. Picked up for short ride for hour river ride. Afterwards walked through Jewish quarters before ending at Astronomical Clock. Great use of 4 hours.
