Excellent little cruise allows great views of Prague from the river. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny and shared great stories about the city. Highly recommend if you want to just take an hour break from all the walking!

Lovely trip on the river. Learnt some interesting facts about the history of Prague too. The fact it was a solarpowered boat was pretty 😎
Small boat with large openings to see out. The guide spoke English with a heavy accent. He was at the front of the boat, we were in the back. It was difficult hearing him with the engine behind us. He needed a microphone and a speaker vs relying on his voice only.
Viator did a great job with set up, but a little disappointed with boat ride. Picture and description sounds like more time in canals. we were only in the canals for 5 minutes. The rest of the tour was a ride on the river. The guide was good, no issues. Just disappointed not a longer canal ride. will use viator again. I have had lots of good adventures with Viator.
This provided a great view of Prague from a different perspective. It was enjoyable to see things from water level.
The boat ride was great and the view around vlatva river was awesome.
The captain / guide was very very knowledgeable as wel.
Just one room for improvement is that , in my opinion the guide/ captain could use some mic for the commentary , as the voice might not reach to the people who are sitting further away from the guide

This was a very nice tour of the river and canal, the tour guide did a nice job pointing out the sites along the way. However, travelers should know that the meeting spot indicated by Viator shows it at he street level - but tourists will need to proceed down the stairs alongside the bridge to meet the tour group and board the boat. The instructions weren't very clear about that.
A quick journey around the river and through Devils Channel. Relaxing and enjoyed the history provided.
You will get your money worth and more. Amazing view and the tour guide explain everything very clearly. You will definitely capture some amazing photos while getting a history lesson about some places that is nice to look at
We had a terrific tour along the Vltava River in a comfortable and open boat. Our guide was careful to point out the buildings, bridges, structures & monuments along the cruise with the historical significance of each one.
We booked this tour in advance. Arrived and leaned we and few other people are not allowed in. Guess why? Because a group occupied the entire boat and for people who bought tickets in advance no seats available!
Someone should have informed us ahead of time, both Viator and tour operator didn’t bother to send an update!
Excellent river cruise with a guide who spoke in czek and English. Told us about the different buildings and history of the river and bridges. Very enjoyable and would definitely recommend

It was a fun boat trip . Small group on a smaller sized Boat . The Devil’s Canal is small but was cool to see . I seeked the area out the next day . Boat ride was also an awesome way to see Charles Bridge from the water . Captain was professional and informative.

Went to the 8:15pm tour and I saw the most picturesque sunset. Would recommend the latest time offering, earlier in the day may have been more lackluster though
The actual boat ride was nice and we had a good view of the city. Unfortunately, the boat was overbooked by about 5 people so the ship captains initially tried to stop us from going on but also did not offer other options such as rescheduling for a different time. They ultimately let us on but it was awkward and frustrating. We were then very uncomfortably crammed into a small space and then were unable to see and hear about the sights very clearly. I’m uncertain why visitor would sell us tickets if there wasn’t space.

Calling this the Venice of Prague may be a stretch too far. Most of the tour took place on the river and the guide was very friendly and informative. The boat was a lovely modern small vessel with large comfy leather seats.
The Devil's canal is a small offshoot on the Vtlava. Buildings in Prague don't light up so the cruise is not that interesting. The captain made it fun and interesting though.
Keegan was a friendly knowledgeable and excellent guide. Relevant and fun, Keegan matched informative Prague pitstops with outstanding beer and games. Excellent experience.
Lovely, relaxing ride down the river. Our host was personable and she had fun stories about about things we saw on our trip.
We inquired about which boat to get on and was told to get on the wrong boat. They scanned our tickets and said yes, this is the correct boat. The boat trip we got was 45 minutes and only went under the bridges. When I asked about going up the Devils Canal they said ‘oh, sorry’ did not even attempt to make it right even when I spoke with the manager.
Prague Boats - very poor customer services!!
It was pretty average really. The guide was nice, but the enthusiasm wasn't there. Mind you it was a very hot day. We did a boat cruise the day before and thought this would be different. Stories differ too with the history.
The Devils Channel tour was a fun way to see St Charles bridge and spend an hour. Tour guide was knowledgeable and would recommend this!
Nice way to see another view of the city. Enjoyed our guide who shared history and stories. Boat was small enough so everyone could see from any seat.
Short tour, nothing of interest to see (or is pointed out) and just some smelly water behind a restaurant
The cruise gave a good overview of the river and the city and the commentary was excellent. The name of the cruise is a little misleading as there were only 2 short canals to visit though they were interesting. The cruise could be improved by having drinks for sale. Overall, it was worthwhile and good value.
