Thomas was our guide, he did a phenomenal job! My boyfriend and I were the only ones on the tour that night, he still made it fun and engaging for us. We definitely recommend!

The Nightwatchman tour is one of the highly recommended tours in Prague. Our guide, Thomas, is the best. Very knowledgeable and funny and engaging. He’s so into his character as well with all the props and the long hair, shout out to him! Go check this tour if you’re in Prague.

From the moment we began the tour, Oscar had us captivated. He maintained the character of a nightwatchman throughout the whole tour. He provided insight for life in Prague during the troubled times of Nightwatchmen, bringing history alive at each location we stopped at. My husband was sick that evening and sadly missed out on what was possibly on of the best history tours I've been on. It was a bit like "Horrible Histories" but so much better.

Really interesting ! David took us back through time so we could relive the night watchman’s experience. He was dressed in similar clothes to the watchman and carried staff and lantern . Explained a lot of Prague history and even though it was dark and showery all added to the atmosphere of the gruesome life lead by the people of the past .

Lovely experience. David was fantastic as our nightwatchman bringing in the history of the city as well as some personal anecdotes to make the tour very interesting. The tour was a very small group of about 7 and David was very clear and entertaining during the tour. He also gave us some tips to navigate the lovely city of Prague. Definitely recommend.

Thomas provided a great tour. He was humorous and informative. Although this tour covered some of the same locations as the old town, new town and Jewish cemetery tour, it followed a different path so you saw different aspects of the buildings. Thomas stayed in his Nightwatchman character and his talk focused on the everyday life of the lower classes. Very interesting.

This was a fun & informative tour. Our guide Oscar was quirky and a good time. He really played into being a night watchman of the time. The sites we saw were amazing and we really felt like we were part of the city. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

There's a lot of history in the streets and a lot of information to take in, and even though there were only 2 of us, his enthusiasm and knowledge made a very interesting tour. This was a fantastic tour from start to finish. We were a family of three with a 12 year daughter who was fed up with tours. She quickly changed her mind as David our guide kept her involved and brought the history of Prague to life. David our guide was so knowledgeable and and a eloquent story teller. Thomas was awesome as our Nightwatchman. With just 3 of us on our tour, it was very almost a private tour which was great. He got to know our names and a little about our stays and where we've come from. Throughout the evening he always addressed us by name which made it feel so much more personal (probably easier with only 3 instead of 20 of us!) He was very interesting and humorous with his stories and information about his "job" and how the city was during the times we had "travelled" back to. We each got to hold his lantern and Halbeard for photos. He was full of interesting historical tidbits as well as offering some current day recommendations too. He clearly loves his job and it showed in his enthusiasm and knowledge. A very fun and interesting last night in Prague for us, and hopefully if we return again we will do the Plague Doctor tour too.
