Guided tour of Gdansk from Seaport of Gdynia
The visit to the city center Gdansk was well worth it. Our tour guide named Becta (sorry if I misspelled her name) was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and Poland in general. We were picked up at the Seaport in a comfortable bus, where most of large cruise ships dock. And driven about 30 minutes to Gdansk. It was on a Sunday morning and the town was crowded with tourists but our guide navigated it well. Be prepared to walk around 9k steps, mostly flat but uneven cobblestone streets.
Our only problem/ complaint is that the tour operator Vexperio should have provided us with listening devices to listen to our guide as we walked.

Very efficient & great service.
Great from start to finish, no hanging around, driver was friendly & offered us a lunch box (xtra cost) which was well worth it, fresh sandwich with juice, water, fruit , crisps & choc bar.
early pickup a bonus 06:50 as gave us the afternoon to explore , tour around auschwitz was great- straight in no queues , head set provided & great tour guide who was very knowledgeable and did not rush the group, we were in a smaller group of no more than 20.
If your planning this trip i would 100% recommend this provider as great customer servuce

Worth Seeing
Although the venue is labeled with hotel pickup, the pick up is only at certain hotels or various pick up points. Fortunately for us, the pick up point was only about 2 blocks away. We were contacted to let us know that the transportation would be a little late which was fine. The driver takes you to the mine, and then the mine guides give you the tour. The driver was safe and made sure to get us to the right place and met us at the end to get us back to the vehicle. The mine was fabulous. Each person is given a listening device to better hear the guide. Our guide spoke very clear English. Be aware that at the very beginning you have to go down over 300 stairs set up in groups of 8 stairs then a landing. We did see one mother whose child had gotten claustrophobic. Our guide responded immediately and got the two of them out via an elevator. The salt chapel was awesome! Just learning about the history of the mine and seeing all the beautiful art created from salt was amazing.

Long day worth every penny- highly recommend!
This was a fantastic tour! Our guide Michael was the best!! He explained everything, answered questions and made everyone feel special. He truly cared about giving us a great experience. The Salt Mine was amazing. The remembrance museums were very sad but definitely important to visit. There was a lot of walking but sufficient time to eat in between stops. Lunch (on our own) was also good with excellent value at a delicious restaurant picked by Michael in advance. I highly recommend this tour! Thank you Michael for looking after us so well.

Very good tour, highly recommended. The driver Matteusz (Matty) knew what he was doing, very smooth drive, as well as the guide was very knowledgable and provided lots of information as well as answered any questions we had. I also took the lunch and was expecting only a sandwitch and juice but there were also some fruits and a nice snack bar, that was a nice suprise!

The best guide
We could not have asked for more excellent emotional and enriching experience than we had with our tour guide for this tour of Auschwitz birkenau. Our guide, whose name I wish I remember an excellent, highly knowledgeable gentleman perhaps in his 30s took the time to explain everything in such detail and his emotion and countenance honestly added to the entire experience. He didn’t have to say anything that was his opinion he presented all of the facts and answered all of our questions and he contributed to such an overwhelmingly excellent enriching experience and we are appreciative and highly recommend him. Perhaps via tour can add his name to my review.

Zakopane day trip.
Our guide for the day was Oskar, we were picked up outside our hotel and driven to Zakopane with a few stops along the way one of them being the wooden village. Zakopane is beautiful, we took the cable car ride at the top of were we went to see the Tatra mountains. We also did cheese and vodka tasting, overall it was a great trip and would highly recommend 😊

A well planned tour
Excellent tour using welcomeinKrakow pre pick up info superb driver Mathius excellent and couldn't have done more.
Slight downside Mine tour rushed would have liked another 20/30 minutes promised a 15 minute break in mine which was reduced to 6 on arrival at cafe toilets. This is a mine issue not the operator.

Fantastic! Must see whilst in Krakow
Amazing experience from start to finish. Messaged the night before to confirm collection time from Hotel. Arrived a little early. Really friendly, helpful and informative guide. Sent tickets to your phone, making entry to the Salt Mines easy. Managed expectations in relation to how much you would be walking, the length of time it would be, and where you could exit. Arranged to meet again for transport back to hotel. Loved the Salt Mines. Amazing visually and really informative. Great for family, although be prepared to do a lot of walking. My big boys loved it. We dressed for warmth, it was 27degrees outside and it was warm in the Mines. We could have done with lighter clothing. Overall a fab experience. Would definitely recommend

Excellent tour
Excellent tour! Our driver Bartek offered to prepare a lunch for us between the two stops as there isnt much time to grab something to eat. There are only vending machines so if you are offered the lunch, take it. Our guide was great too, didnt just fire on ahead and didnt dilly dally either. He was extremely informative and very knowledgeable. The tours are 70% outdoors and walking so comfortable shoes and a jacket is ideal.

Great tour for our Group
Our Catholic pilgrimage had an itinerary change and were not going to be going to Auschwitz after all, so we booked this for our free afternoon/evening. It was very convenient to be picked up at the hotel & the price was reasonable. Our guide at the camps was very informative and we really felt like we learned new information from him.

I had an excellent...
I had an excellent experience on this one-day tour. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The transportation was comfortable, and it was so nice not to worry about any logistics throughout the day.
Our guide was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive to everyone in the group. Every time we returned to the bus, she carefully checked that everyone was present before we continued. She explained everything clearly, shared interesting information, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed.
What I loved most was how easy and stress-free the whole experience was. Everything was arranged for us — transportation, timing, directions, and sightseeing. We could simply relax and enjoy the beautiful journey without having to plan or organize anything ourselves.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a well-organized and enjoyable experience!
