- Maximum size of baggage permitted in the museum is 30x20x10 centimeters.
- Museum is closed on the following dates: 1st of January, first day of Easter, 16th of April and 25th of December.
- For all bookings we need full names of all participants (same as in ID or passports). You will be also asked to have your ID during the tour.
- Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
- Our cars will be disinfection before each service

Booked to be collected at one time (8am) and multiple messages getting earlier and earlier so ended up two hours earlier than originally scheduled. This seams to be a theme.
Driver … “drove it like he stole it” with all passengers commented on hazardous driving in inclement weather.
Although the guide was knowledgeable on facts and figures, felt rushed around each area in Auschwitz too large a group crammed into small areas at a time making visibility to displays poor at times so by the time you were trying to look at one , guide was heading to next area and already started commentary… There were people with disabilities who could not keep up with guide at multiple points making whole trip not very disability friendly. No chance to read any displayed informational fact boards in attempts to keep up with information.
I feel like another trip there was needed to see what was missed.
Auschwitz its self is very thought provoking and I feel it’s a place that everyone should visit.

This is an absolute must see when I’m Krakow. We would highly recommend booking through this operator. Everything went like clockwork. Picked up on time. Travelled in comfort with a very nice driver Michał. We decided to get the packed lunch. Well worth the money and would recommend as difficult otherwise to get time to eat. Our tour guide Barbara was not just a tour guide she was an educator and very passionate about what she was telling us. She was excellent. We enjoyed from start to finish. Nothing negative to say. Excellent service. Book with these guys you won’t be disappointed.

And not in a good way. The magnitude of Auschwitz-Birkenau is far too much to even begin to grasp what happened there. You know it's real, but because it doesn't fit into any societal mores, it is mind boggling. There aren't words to describe the reality of this camp, let alone the 600 or so others. The tour is absolutely excellent, the tour guide was fabulous and it was a very quiet drive back to Krakow.

Our tour guide was amazing - unfortunately I cannot remember his name!!! But he was a wealth of knowledge, passionate about what he was sharing and gave us important instructions on how to behave in such an emotional place. I highly recommend that you bring a lunch with you (athough you can't take it in, you can eat it in the bus between places) and remember to NOT bring large backpacks or you'll have to leave it in the bus. Fantastic tour - don't miss it!

I've wanted to go to Auschwitz for a long time now and I finally got to visit. It was a very moving and humbling experience to see first hand all the atrocities the Jews went through. I learnt so much more that I didn't know had happened.

Wauw wat een ervaring in Auschwitz en Birkenau.
Met een gids erbij hoor je enorm veel over de gruwelijkheden uit het vernietigingskampen. Zonder gids zou ik er niet aan beginnen!
Onze gids was geweldig! En ook onze begeleider Andrew was erg goed. Sowieso zijn alle mensen in Polen erg behulpzaam en enorm vriendelijk! Een dikke 10!
