We had a wonderful day with Teo, he had lots of tips for avoiding the crowds and optimizing our experience. Giverny and Monet's garden were spectacular and the highlight of the day.
Lunch in Versailles at La Place Creperie was wonderful. Unfortunately it is hard to avoid crowds within Versailles but the shuffling through is worth it to see the many opulent rooms and once you get to the gardens the crowds dissipate and you can wander in peace. It’s such a large place I’m grateful we had Teo to make sure we saw all the magic.

Mariè was awesome! Great tour guide that used visual guides that she had prepared to explain the history of everything. You starts in Giverny and see the grave of Monet for a minute and walk through the village which is amazing.
Then you go to the pond/garden and the house for about 1.5 hrs. More than enough time. She then drove us to Versailles and talk more in depth of what we had already seen and what she was taking us to. There isnt enough time on any tour to see all of Versailles. For sure a two day event. This trip does everything you need it too and gives you the time to explore more ir less depending on your speed and still gives you a guide experience to ask questions later. Loved this.

Anthony made visiting the Louvre a great experience. His knowledge and passion came across in every room we entered. Instead of just walking around aimlessly, he made sure to point out some remarkable paintings, statues, and their history and stories. We have visited the Louvre before but were so glad we did with a tour guide this time and even better-got paired with Anthony who is simply amazing! And he gave us other information about the city like other things to do and places to try!

Majority of the tour is walking so wear comfy shoes. Karin, our guide was informative, friendly and answered all our questions. He was comical and had many stories to tell. It was nice that there were only 8 people total. Any more than that, it would be a nightmare. We enjoyed Giverny tremendously and were surprised at how lovely the Monet’s gardens were. We would have loved more time to wander the street of Giverny. Versailles on our own inside the castle was just perfect. The group met up when we were outside the gardens for a tour.
After seeing all the palaces in Vienna, Versailles is by far the most impressive. Make reservations ahead of time.

We were so lucky to have Lucy as our tour guide. She was so knowledgeable. Lucy took time to interact with each of us. She paid careful attention to any physical limitations that existed among the group. She was bright, happy and charismatic!!! She was a very good driver navigating through Paris like a pro!

Our tour guide showed our group of 5 all the wonders of Monets home and gardens first. Next was Versailles were the size and grandiose was on full display. Only 1:15 hours inside was not enough. I would take the last part of seeing Antoinette getaway home away or reduced by 30 mins to give time back to seeing the palace more.

This was a very nice tour. Our guide was fun and ensured we got to see the highlights at both gardens. He made sure we got to the infamous bridge and took a family photo before it became super busy. The only recommendation i have is i would have liked a little more free time at Versaille gardens and Monets garden and less time at Marie Antoinettes house. An hour was allotted for that, but could be covered in 20 /30 min. The additional time should be added to the gardens. Overall, it was a nice tour.

While Phillipe was friendly and told us some history and backstory about Versailles, he did not walk with us through the museum and left us on our own. We got a bit lost and felt our expound have been more interesting if our guide had taken us through the museum.
Philippe took us through the gardens and told us a bit of history but kept quizzing us which we found annoying and a waste of time. We came to learn and see and this tour left us wanting more.

This is a five star experience going to Giverny and Versailles in one day. Our delightful guide and driver, Matthieu, was so nice and personable. We had a beautiful morning at Giverny and afternoon at Versailles. An ambitious endeavor to be sure, but guide Lucy with her two delightful trainees made it an amazing day to remember. Our guide was so welcoming and friendly, and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Wonderful trip in the French countryside to Giverny and the beautiful gardens and home of Claude Monet. Our guide, Maurice, reserved an excellent French restaurant in Versailles for a fantastic lunch for us! Afterwards we enjoyed an informative but exhausting tour of the Versailles Palace and extensive gardens. Maurice’s extensive knowledge was very impressive, but even more so, he entertained us with his gentlemanly humor making for a fun-filled day.

The tour guide does not enter the sites with you. And ours did not mention that there were options for audio guides or apps with more information. Our guide was unclear about where to meet after the Versailles tour which led to half of our group wandering in search of him. Because he was unclear with his instructions, we were rushing through to get to where we thought we needed to be and were still late getting there only to find it was the wrong place. We were frazzled and unhappy with the tour guide who basically took no responsibility for the lack of clarity. He seemed to be mad at us and would barely answer our questions after that. When he did answer any questions about Versailles he had to refer to a flip book. He was not well-versed about any of it and even gave misinformation about Marie Antoinette. All of us in our group of eight agreed we should request refunds. I asked for a 50% refund and they have only offered 25%. This Viator tour was one of four we took this week and you would think they would be concerned about getting repeat business from loyal customers. Apparently not. They defended the tour guide and never apologized or acknowledged our concerns. I wrote to them again but have heard nothing in return about giving me the 50% refund I believe we are owed.

HB and Sarah were our tour guides. Had an amazing day at Monet’s garden & home along with Versailles. They shared many fun details & were very knowledgeable of both places. It rained the day of our tour, they had large umbrellas for everyone & made sure we had umbrellas before leaving the van. I would definitely recommend this tour. If my travels take me back to Paris, I’ll be booking more tours with them.

The BEST part of our trip to Paris was this tour with H.P. We signed up for the small group tour of 8 and ended up being the only 2 on it. H.P. was a knowledgeable, funny, and really nice guide that drove, escorted us, and provided the tours at Giverny and Versailles. If you’re interested in visiting Monet’s gardens and the history of the Versailles, this is a must.
