A Marvelous Time

The whole trip was so enjoyable, relaxed and beautiful. Our guide, Fred, was also very knowledgeable about Giverny and other miscellaneous facts along the way. If you go up to Monet family grave, there is a wonderful chocolate shop along the way selling very nice ice cream. On our warm day, it was a nice relief from the heat. Our trip was delayed 45 minutes but that was due to construction and a protest. Fred apologized many times despite it being unavoidable. We had no other plans so it was fine for us but one couple had dinner plans that were going to rush them on our return.

Great tour of Eiffel Tower. River cruise staff were not nice.

Our tour guide for the Eiffel Tower tour, Claire was amazing. She was knowledgeable and friendly. As part of the Eiffel Tower tour, we also got a river cruise tour through a separate company. Bateaux Cruises was terrible. Their staff were so rude and unhelpful. We dealt with the Manager, Paul who was a complete a hole. He was extremely rude and refused to assist us despite us having proper ticketing and paperwork. He cursed at us in French and threatened to have us removed from the property if we continue to question his decision.

11/10 Food Tour Experience

This was an absolutely amazing food tour. I have traveled all around the world for food tours . It was great blend of history, food, wine and chocolate. We had we had Dalil as our guide and he was soo cool ! We had tons of laughs. Our tour was soo fun about half of us ended up getting drinks at a local restaurant. 11/10 would recommend!!

Spectacular day in Givetny

The entire trip was amazing. Our guide, Theo, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, professional and provided us with information to make our visit that much more interesting. The grounds were spectacular as many flowers and waterlilies were in bloom. Absolutely a must do tour while visiting Paris.

Wonderful Versailles trip!

Very easy experience for a first timer in Paris. We were met outside a train station in Paris. A guide took us on the train to Versailles and explained the train/metro process on the way. Our Versailles guide (Julie) was wonderful. She very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. It was obvious she had a great a respect for the palace and the grounds.

Don’t go without it

It was an amazing experience. Everything from finding the group to getting around went very smooth. John was an incredible guide. Very informative, considerate, and fun. We had friends with us that toured the Louvre on their own before (multiple times) and walked away from this experience feeling it was much more informative and fulfilling than doing it without a guide. Highly recommend.

Great way to see Paris when you are time poor.

We were only going to be in Paris for one full day so we booked a full day walking tour of Paris. This was a great way to tick off most of the big ticket tourist items. Gerritt was our guide and he was fabulous. Very easy going and very easy to talk to. He kept us very entertained. Gerritt had to pivot a few time from his original planned itinerary due to some Metro lines being closed due to a Diplomatic visit - but he managed this well and we had a great time.

Excellent tour of Chateau de Versailles

My granddaughter & I took this tour. Our tour of the Château de Versailles and its magnificent gardens was outstanding, even with the extreme heat on June 27th. Our guide—a very tall, young man with blonde hair—was exceptional. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and kept the group entertained throughout the tour. Despite the challenging weather conditions, he did an excellent job of keeping the tour moving while thoughtfully finding shaded areas whenever possible to make everyone more comfortable. His enthusiasm and expertise truly enhanced the experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Versailles. Touring the Palace is an absolute must. Even though temperatures outside were extremely high, the interior of the Palace was cool and comfortable, making it an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

We had a phenomenal tour with Claire who was very knowledgeable and passionate! There was quite a lot of food on the tour with two glasses of wine and if you are not picky or finicky and if you don't eat a "whole cow" for lunch, you will leave full! Wonderful excursion through 18th century France

Our guide Gilbert was impeccable. Kind, communicative, and clear throughout the tour. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the palace, the Kings Louis/Marie Antoinette, and the era. I left with such a deeper appreciation for the history of this place and the people of it and France than I expected. I’ve been on probably 100s of castle/palace tours, and to be honest I wasn’t exactly ecstatic about the idea of the tour before we went, but I was just so impressed by it all. That feeling was in no small part because of this tour. Given the crowd sizes as Versailles, I also highly recommend this tour as a it’s a small group tour with 8 people maximum. First, the transit to/from the grounds is very comfortable. Next, you have many chances to ask questions and dive deeper into different areas of the tour. And third, the small group also gives you more time on your own to explore a few areas and take incredible pictures. My only suggestion for how to make the tour better would be to add additional time and include an option for an included golf cart rental so that we can see more of the gardens. They were so incredible, but with only about 30 minutes of time on our own for them, there’s not much we could see in person. Overall though, I wouldn’t change anything about the actual palace tour itself. Oh and also, the tour office (where you meet your guide for the transport) has a very well maintained restroom you can use before and after the tour. Definitely a bonus!
