The Seine River Cruise was an absolute highlight of our trip to Paris! Seeing the city's iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Notre Dame from the water offered a completely unique and breathtaking perspective. The boat was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. The narration was in French and English and easy to follow along. It was a perfect, low-effort way to soak in the sights of City of Lights, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Chilly and rainy (mostly drizzle) but sat on the top deck anyways for the better view and to be able to hear. Started downstairs/inside for about 5 minutes but couldn't hear (speaker volume as well as others around me talking and the kid behind me watching videos on a phone with the sound up). She spoke in English and French, which was great. Had a napkin in my bag so was able to dry off the chair...would have been great to have towels available to use.

Enjoyable cruise down the Seine. Enjoyed hearing about the landmark sites and there history. I think it’s a must do when coming to Paris.

I’ve booked several tours thru Viator. Been happy with them. This one was the WORST! Small children left unattended behind us and they were screaming and acting out. Tour guide talked too fast and I couldn’t wait for this tour to end.

This was the worst tour I have ever booked. Hands down in any country. Warning. Do not book. The tickets were sold for 5:45pm but this tour was cancelled. We were not notified. Then we were told to board the next boat at 6:30pm. This boat did not have crepes as purchased. Also told we did not purchase the champagne option. Which we did. There was no tour guide. At all! When I asked the boat staff about the guide they told me, “sometimes the tickets are wrong.” No help at all. After attempting to calmly talk to the staff I was told I was very rude. Very unprofessional. Spent lots of time reading about these river tours. Worst.

The guide was excellent. She translated clearly between French and English and was very mindful of guests taking photos, often moving aside so everyone could get a good shot. She also added her own personality to the commentary, which made the experience more enjoyable.
I would recommend this cruise, although I’d suggest doing it earlier in your stay before you’ve already seen many of the landmarks from land.

The cruise itself is nice. It starts at the Eiffel Tower and travels just past Notre Dame, turns around, and heads back. It took just over 1 hour.
The seats are hard metal/wooden seats. Comfortable enough. The guide speaks English and points out the major sites along the way.
My reason for 3 stars: I paid extra for the cookie/crepe with a soft drink. There's one guy serving people and it took 15 minutes to get through the line. They did not crepes and they only have regular Coke as a soft drink (they do have apple and orange juice and water too). So, don't sell me on the extras if you're not going to have them available.

Lovely experience, think it’s the perfect way to start your Paris trip. The views are great, tour is very informative, and for those going during the colder months they offer blankets if you choose to go on the upper deck. Highly recommend.

Glad we booked this one. Boat was smaller than the other huge ones. Guide was good in English and French and was just the right amount of time.
Was a bit cold on the day we visited so we sat inside which was a few degrees warmer than outside.

Glad to have chosen this time over the more cheaper ones. The boat looked newest and cleanest of the ones in the river. The guide was also great and informative, and would whisper to me the best shots as I ran around the tourist cabin. The family thoroughly enjoyed it.

We chose this tour as it was a good price, had good reviews about the tour guide and it did not disappoint. The tour was interesting, fun and engaging and very easy to hear. The ride was comfortable and blankets were offered if needed. We chose the timing at 4.45 to coordinate perfectly with the Eiffel Tower lights at 6pm at the end and it was just perfect.

This was great, organized, and the tour guide was highly knowledgeable & engaging. However, I don’t know if we paid for snacks as it never gave you a choice when you book if with or without snacks. But if we did, we didn’t get it.

This a little smaller than the largest boats. We liked that. Its a little hard to hear the commentary on the outdoor top deck, but that may be just me. I would recommend going after dark if you can. Done that before and it’s really gorgeous. Seats could be a little more comfortable. Go ahead and splurge on a glass of Champaign. You’re on vacation right?

Fun trip no snacks. Charged us to use the toilet. Crappy folding chairs to sit on. Not fastened to the deck. No boat safety briefing.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the trip. Onboard, toilets are free to use, and snacks are available at the bar and you can buy drinks as well.
The toilets on the dock are managed by another company and require a receipt from the Café or payment for public use.
Regarding safety, a formal briefing isn’t necessary, as even in the unlikely event of an issue, there is always time to dock safely. Life jackets are, of course, situated on board.

Quick one hour tour down the Stein River with history along the river. The tour is in both English and French. Went on the morning tour and the boat was not very full, which was nice.

This is an open top boat with seats down below. Our trip was on a lovely sunny fall afternoon. Perfect weather and a great view of key sites like the Eiffel Tower, key bridges, and beautiful homes. Our guide was very friendly and very informative.
