Best experience and travel guide! Travel guide was elaborate and helpful and easy to understand and helpful. Side note, I got lost for a moment but my travel guide took the time to find me :)

As others have said, this is more transport than tour. Nine people in a very cramped and uncomfortable van for four hours each way (vs the three advertised). The driver was nice enough but didn’t offer a lot of interesting information. He had a notebook to refer to but often got mixed up or confused. Bruges was lovely but very touristy. Canal ride was the nicest part but the captain had to speak in three languages and offered very little historical information. The town is essentially waffles, chocolate shops, and cafes. I should have been prepared how many tourists there would be but it was a bit overwhelming.

Don’t waist your money. Don’t get me wrong, the tour driver is very friendly and engaging but he is not a tour guide, and those were his first words starting the tour. For what we paid, we could had taken a luxury taxi and then download a walking tour guide or if I wanted to save $$, we could have taken public transportation, a local walking tour and a nice dinner in town.
The river boat, is not catered for English speakers. The boat captain, will also let you know that he is not an official tour guide, he is just the captain of the boat. He share some anecdotes and stories mostly in German and French but not in English. In other words, “a waist of money and time”.
We really didn’t learned much about Bruges and its rich history.

Perfect day trip to enchanting Bruges. Canal cruise lovely. Enjoyed fries and waffles. Guide, Renaud, was relaxed and helpful.
Viator tour description doesn’t match actual excursion. Besides the canal cruise, no guided tour of sites - perhaps advertise as self guided tour? Arrival to Tourism France at 6:30am, left standing on sidewalk.

Unfortunately, this is not a tour. It is literally round trip transportation from Paris to Bruges. We were in a small van with six other people (four hours each way…not three as mentioned in the tour description) Bruges is lovely and worth a visit, but take the train. The driver provided zero input.

Phillipe was such a great guide. He drove all the way and back and having a small group of seven made it the perfect number to walk around Bruges. In addition to telling us the history and taking us to all the places promised for the tour, he was able to recommend restaurants off the beaten path from all in the hustle and bustle and noise in the streets. We had a nice quiet lunch and enjoyed walking around looking in the shops and enjoyed every minute of our day. Merci boucoup Philipe.

No it was mis leading the size of the bus. It was a mini van for 7 people and I being a tall guy and no room. Was seated in the very back and felt very uncomfortable to ride that way for 3 hour was not good so we didn’t go.

We recently went on a day trip to Bruges and was not exactly sure what to expect. There are so many options online and prices and reviews vary so widely. We opted for this trip simply for the convenience in location to our hotel. The bus itself was quite small and cramped (not the large bus I was expecting) but the trip was quite enjoyable. We had a fantastic guide who was very knowledgable, pleasant, and really cared about our experience. It was a very long drive to Bruges but the town itself is gorgeous (if overrun with tourists). The trip also included a canal ride. I’d definitely recommend this trip.

Trip takes 4 hours each way not 3. It was advertised as a minibus with 4 to 8 people, it was actually a bus with 19 people, not what I paid for. I feel ripped off.

Serge was our tour guide and driver on this outstanding day long tour to Bruges. I loved his passion for taking us to one the most “beautiful cities in the world”. Upon arrival. He laid out the best places to go, giving us our own free time to explore the city. I loved he used the old map to compare with the map of today to explain the history. However, he truly excelled with his driving us back to the meeting point in the midst of a crazy time in downtown Paris—the music festival. He did it all with a smile. He truly made it a superior day!

The ride from Paris to Brugge was 4 hours each way. The town was lovely once we arrived but my friend had to sit next to the driver in an old mini van (8.5 seats) which had no leg room in that middle seat. It was 8 hours with her legs stretched towards the passenger seat! We asked for a partial refund but the request was rejected. We were expecting a comfortable van for 8 hours of driving in one day.

Oh my God it was a wonderful experience. Not only was the place full of beautiful with its buildings, it’s history , but our tour guide Nicolas was super wonderful. He made our experience even better super friendly and welcoming. He was full of energy since he meet us to pick our group up. The ride didn’t feel long at all it pulls over for a 15 minute break . The moment you pull into the little town you see it’s beauty. The little street are full of life and they are so amazing. The chocolate is out of this world and the beer omg amazing. The people are really nice. It’s a place we would definitely go back to, and Nicolas would be the guide to request he is just amazing.

There is a line 1 metro stop right in front of the meeting place. The van allows the group to park closer to Bruges center than a large bus. Be sure to take a city map because the streets and canals turn often. The day trip is 4 hours from Paris and the driver makes a rest stop about halfway.
