The sites are definitely interesting and worth seeing. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. I do feel that the description is a little misleading as it talks states the guide will help you get great souvenir photos at the water lillies. That would have been nice but the guide does not accompany you into the gardens or house. I also took a previous tour with a private guide and learned so much more about the garden, Giverny and Monet. It's a nice tour but not exceptional.

Etienne was our tour and he was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. It was a small group tour and he answered all of our questions. I highly recommend the tour. Giverny and Monet house and gardens are the best I have seen.

Tour guide Sam was friendly and knowledgeable. Tour included stops.at The Old Mill & medieval bridge in Vernon, and Monet family gravesite in Giverny before arrival at Monet’s gardens & home, which were exquisite.

At the Paris end, driving to and from Giverny is not a pleasure - having a professional tour guide means they take care of it. The tour itself was great - information and a generous amount of time at Giverny. Mid-April the “regular” gardens were glorious. Only a few tiny water lilies beginning to show but the water gardens were pretty too. Our guide Michel was funny, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, I left the bag from the gift shop in the van at the end of the day and he called to arrange getting it back to me, much appreciated.

First , one of the guides was late by half an hour to the pick up point. The guide then gave a very superficial talk of Monet during the drive and walk up to the Gardens. Unlike other tours where the guide went into the gardens to continue talking about Monet and the gardens, our guide dropped us off at the door, told us where to meet again and the time of meeting. He then left. We were given 90 minutes of self touring. The time being shorter than anticipated because of the delayed start of the tour. It seems that this tour company’s tour guides are more glorified mini van than actual tour guides.

The trip out was about an hour with two stops before reaching the town Giverny and Monet’s garden. The guide was great. I would suggest that if you are over six foot that the van option can be very cramped and claustrophobic. There 2 folks that had issues with head space and leg room. The bigger bus option or private tour might be a better fit.

Giverney in the Spring, what could be better than that? Our guide took us to Monet's grave, as well as to a church where the cart is held from his processional. That was not all that amazing, but the gardens? Perfection. The tulips, daffodils, primrose, bleeding hearts, and irises were all in bloom. The only fault was my own, I would have opted for more time in the gardens.

Good excursion and convenient way to get this attraction from Paris. Though would have appreciated a bit more time there. Maybe just another hour to enjoy the gardens more and to relax and get a coffee. Knowledgeable guide, who did not overload with too much info.

Monet's Gardens and House were beautiful and worth a visit. The Viator Guide was nice and helpful but very hard to understand, compounded by riding in a van without microphone and listening devices. On our trip, the initial ride was 1 hour and 40 minutes due to traffic congestion caused by an accident. Our Guide reduced our time at the Gardens by 40 minutes. We wish she had cut or greatly reduced the history lesson parts. Discussion of tips was not appropriate.

Pickup point easy to find. Wendy was a great guide. Pleasant, informative, good driver, on time. Van was comfortable. I seem to remember that there were supposed to be 6 total on the tour. There were 8. I could certainly have remembered incorrectly. The gardens were beautiful. Loved the stops we made prior. Enjoyable day!

Enjoyable to walk through the village; near Monet's grave is a beautiful village memorial to a British flight crew who lost their lives when their plane crashed. Monet's house is incredible and the gardens, he designed, are amazing to see and compare to his paintings in Paris museums! (Paintings in his house also!!)
